Need a custom size out swing side door for our older home and a new living room window. We received very good advise. Chose vinyl windows factory a nice matching colour on the exterior. The door was narrower than what we cold find anywhere else. The work was done 3 wees from ordering and the installer was very nice and did a great job. Took the old windows awaly and cleaned up better than we expected.

Bruce's professionalism and expertise were excellent. His quote was reasonable, the work was done within the expected timeframe, and we're very happy with our new exterior door. It was a tricky installation on an old house, and we felt that we were lucky to have found him. I would definitely recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The initial discussion was honest and pleasant, no pressure at all. The price was very reasonable. The materials arrived as scheduled and the job was finished on time. The crew was extremely good, professional and courteous. There was a mistake with one of the windows (factory problem) which was corrected at no extra cost to us. Everyone was very accommodating. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

We were referred to Door and Window Man by our neighbor.They came the next day after we called for the appointment and we were surprised that the 5 windows and our new front door arrived 4 weeks later on the day we requested. 3 installers came and were very polite and did a great job. We obtained a referral on Bruces' company from a dear but very fussy friend. Our thinking was, if our friend is happy, then we will be fine. Bruce's quote on the replacement windows beat out the others significantly. That was not what sold us. Bruce sold us what we needed, not what we thought we needed. I like that. Bruce was right.

Bruce also caught some mistakes the architect had made in the plans suggested how to fix them, saving us money and aggravation. He knows his stuff! The pricing was great (beat the contractors usual supplier) plus we got all the expertise at no added cost. We got all kinds of added value that their expertise provided, top notch service and installation and great products to boot. This was one part of our reno that was 100% stress free.

The workers were prompt and helpful, the price was reasonable and I was very happy with the installation. THey replaced 6 windows, a front door and a back door. The front door is magnificant.
