Having tried Dr. Green for a year unfortunately my lawn was in worse shape than the previous year where I did the weed & feed myself. The times I worked from home and had the chance to observe I found the attendants rushing around the lawn as quick as they could, and one time completely ignoring one side of the house simply because the hose did not reach. I had no intention of renewing the next year with them but lo and behold they showed up without my asking claiming that I agreed to 2 YEARS OF SERVICE!!!!! Now they have been harassing me to pay for that unsolicited shoddy service adding late fees and refusing to aknowledge the fact that I never asked for them to resume a second year and failing to recognize the poor service they gave me. Buyer beware!

Having been unhappy with the state of my lawn in 2011, I cancelled service for 2012 on the phone in the Winter. Come spring, my lawn was 'fertilized' in 5 minutes one day according to neighbours. Called to cancel again. Have been harrassed for payment on phone, invoices with late charges since. Be aware, stay away from them!!!

Dr. Green has helped our lawn greatly. Even after they had been to our home only a few times we noticed the weeds were quickly dying and the grass was becoming very thick. A few more applications and it looked professional grade and the comments that they left afterwards kept it looking that way right into the fall. We would definitely recommend Dr. Green to all our friends!

I was contacted via a flyer in my mail and called to inquire ans set up teh service. The initial service that the agent promised was later changed as he was not authorized to give such a package. That shodul have been my first red flag. For tthe duration of the summer the service was close together and incomplete. I had their agents on two occasions advise that I get overseeding done. This was part of the service packageI paid for. This lead me to believe it was never done. The weed control was applied poorly and my ground cover in my garden was sprayed. It was not a part of the lawn nor does it look like weeds. The ground cover died and the remaining had to be removed. They placed in my file on the data base that some service were completed but they never came to my property nor were the services they stated were completed done.

I had their service, they came few times, everytime they charged me 50+ dollars, The lawn is still full of weeds, when you call them they put you on long wait, then answer telling they will call you back, and never do. Never use theor service, it does not worth. clean your lawn from weeds, put some fresh topsoil, and over seed then water it twice a day for 2 weeks, and you will see better results

I got your service in mid of the June 2012. I got your serve, I describe all my garden problem to customer service people, lots of weeds,unhealthy grass and surface level are not smooth. Your customer service people said , you have to take top of line service, because your lawn has lot of problem. The service cost will be $ 325.00, after negotiate he offer me for the $ 290.00 for complete services. I don't know what kind of there services, my lawn has still there problem, lots of weed, no healthy grass comes out. I had very bad experience to got there service. Waste of time and money.

I have been very happy so far with my service. I still have some weeds that need to be taken care of though. I also was a bit disappointed that the last service before my fall aeration I didn't receive any flags to mark my underground sprinklers. But I am looking forward to continuing my treatments with Dr. Green. Thanks so much.

As a first time customer (and the first time I have ever hired out lawn service), I was excited to see the results. There were a few frustrating service hiccups along the way, but my lawn is looking much better thanks to Dr. Green.

The worst experience ever! Was charged for a service I never asked for. I was told it was in my contract. I signed up for a season. Over the winter I got repeated requested for the next season which I did not answer ...MEANING I DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICE! Dr. Green performs a service and then says I owe them money!!!! I have called many times, emailed and mailed yet have not received ONE reply. It is a total scam operation....bottom feeders! And one last thing! I had a service done the day before and there was a sign on my lawn...why would Dr. Green apply a service. Almost ruined my lawn and cost me $100 of dollars to get my lawn healthy. NO RESPONSE!

I receive a call from your salesperson, asking me to order the Grub Control. Since being your cusotmers all these years, I order yours Very Best Program with the impression that you do not change the program. Grub control is in the "Very Best Program" since I ordered this program in all these years. Grub control is basic to me as I think you will apply it as needed, not as mandatory. A lawn treatment program without Grub control is hardly a very best program. I let you to take care of my Lanw. I order Yours Very Best, naturally I let you take care my lawn the "Very best" you can. Why is it that Grub Control is taken out from this program? Every Year I paid whatever price you charge.Naturally I regard that you will take care of Grub problems, if any, as Grub is a common infection in some years in some area particularly if the weather is very dry. (Right now the rain has been with us for a few days, hardly dry at all). I am extremely unhappy your salesman called and try to voice me down when I try to ask him questions. I have to raise my voice to ask him to let me talk. I am extremely unhappy that your "Very Best" program is actually not a Very Best program. The price goes up and the treatments go down?
