I booked a power raking, fertilizer and aeration. After it was done (sign up), that is the only way I would have known. I called to complain that my lawn did not look raked (only one bag for my entire property) and that the leaves, minor debris and other winter items were still on my lawn and there was no visible signs of a machine going over it. The customer service rep tried to help (but in her words "she did not really know what power raking even was.", but someone would get back to me in 24 hours. No one did. I called again after 3 days and they told me that the lawn was raked according to our standards and even if I cancelled future service, I still had to pay and I would still be on there automatic recall list!!! Now that the fertilizer is working too, I can see how hit and miss it was. I will be redoing their work! Think twice about Dr. Green!

I have used this company, and though they have good service, they policy to return to your property and automatically assume what you want (and charge you) is asinine. I had specifically requested the last two years that I will call to initiate any service I require, but they don't seem to understand the simple English request. Not inclined to refer any more.

I have been using Dr. Green for several years now and find their lawn technicians very efficient, conscientious and eager to please. Their customer service reps are quick to respond to any inquiries, and will have their technicians return if necessary to reapply any applications. Their pricing is excellent and I've been very happy with their service...that's why I continue to use them.

Last spring it appeared that my lawn was done with, there were several bare spots and the grass was not thick in growth(mostly to do with having a dog).However with a few treatments by Dr. GREEN , to my surprise my grass flourished wonderfully, I had several good comments from my neighbors and friends.It certainly pays to be a Dr GREEN client. Thanks again for your efficient and professional workmanship.

I hired Dr. Green last year for Weed Control. The service was very poor, every time they schedule the service just a day before it rains, ant at the end we ended up removing weeds by our own tools, we complained few times and asked them to stop their services. Yesterday i received a bill for $54 dollars for them doing weed control, despite the fact that i did not asked for it, the representative Stephanie insisted that because they don't have any record in their system they automatically renewed our service and enter our property without our permission, and they would not wave the bill, even thought we had hired another company for this year. So we ended up paying twice.

Dr.Green is great, they take care of everything for me. I don't have to worry about being home when they care of my lawn (backyard and front). I am confident that they get the job done. When I ordered from them their customer service is fanominal. They explained all the features to me and what was required for my lawn specificly. Their prices are also very reasonable with the service that I required. I love the fact that if I am not happy with a spray I can have call backs free of charge. I reccomend Dr.Green to everyone.

We are quite satisfied with the service we have received from Dr Green for the past two years. Our 30+ year old lawn is looking better that ever since we moved here 16 years ago. We had thought we would have to replace it, however, the treatments from Dr Green have revived it well enough that the need for replacing it has been negated. Thank you Dr Green!

We have been fairly long term clients of Dr Green for lawn services. The reason is that I do not have to chase down for any service from your organization. They are delivered promptly, efficiently, with a written record and any applicable recommendations. Your service people have always been professional and courteous. Also, your pricing remains fair and competitive.

We have been Dr. Green Customers since 2008 and our experience overall with the products, services and price has been quite positive. The lawn care treatment really does work on the weeds and we have really noticed a difference over the past 3+ years. The technicians have always been friendly and treated our property with respect. In 2011 however, we did have some issues with Administration as a pre-payment for over seeding was credited to another customers' account and it took me several calls to have this error corrected. Also, we received an invoice for a different customer after a treatment that we didn't request, was applied to our lawn.

Before we got you people to look after our lawn it was full of dandelions and weeds with poor colour. Now we have a weed free lawn with better colour. Thanks Dr. Green.
