I contracted Dr Green in April to do seasonal maintenance on my lawn with 5 applications scheduled throughout the season.
Two weeks later, the first application had not been completed. I contacted Dr Green and they said the first application had been applied, but we never saw the technician, we were not notified 24 hours prior about the scheduled service as stated was procedure by our rep, and there was no evidence of an application being performed.
I contacted Dr Green and waited a week for a response on when my first application would be applied, and what the typical application schedule for each visit would entail.
With no response, I decided to cancel the service. The customer retention rep offered me a $150 discount and would apply the credit back to my account to keep me as a customer. I agreed but then a day later, they said they could not offer me this deal and offered me a token winter booster service instead to keep me as a customer, as long as I paid the original amount quoted in April.
I said no to this token deal. The only reason I give them 1 star is that they are crediting me my account in full. Otherwise, they were a complete waste of time to deal with and my experience with them was frustrating and terrible overall.
Think twice before hiring Dr Green.
