I purchased a house last year, the former owner did not cancel his Dr. Green service. Dr. Green allowed themselves into my locked backyard and fertilized. When I called to ensure the service was cancelled I was informed I would not be charged (Nice! Not paying for a service I don’t want). My issue was that when I expressed a lot has changed at the home and I have a dog with severe allergies that I can’t let out for days now, why wouldn’t they at least verify that the same owners are at the home? The customer rep said that was policy. Though I know the rep does not create the policy, I asked if I could leave a note on file that I did not appreciate this disruption. He literally sighed and asked if I have any other questions. Brutal, at least pretend to care.
