I would rather be hit over the head with a sledgehammer than be with this company, at least the headache wouldn't last as long.
If you agree to pay half for a service as I did and settle the bill (agreed upon because backyard wasn't done), the bill isn't actually settled. Even if you have the name of the person who "took care of it" and the four digit number to provide proof it was cancelled u still receive a call for the balance at 7 at night (when they are closed).
When you ask for a manager to deal with it you don't get one, and are sent to customer service to take you through the ringer again.
Luckily I documented all of the calls, who I talked to, and on the fifth employee, on August 8th (cancelled on June 24th), he said his manager would deal with it and I received a personal letter 10 minutes later saying my balance was closed. This was all $30.
I have learned my lesson, research any company that looks for business door-to-door because my summer has been negativity impacted by harassment and unprofessional business practices.
