We have been Dr. Green customers for 2 years and have been very pleased. With their help the condition of our lawn has improved dramatically. Thank you for your guidance and the great service.

A few quick words about Dr. Green's service: I've found Dr. Green customer service to be responsive and pleasant to deal with. My lawn has looked great since I chose Dr. Green Services.

I hired this company almost two yrs ago for a season along with one of my neighbors, the service was poor, my lawn actually looked worse. When I cancelled their service they still showed up the following spring and charged me. When I called and asked why, they said they had no record of my cancellation. For the last year they've been calling and emailing constantly; I've got threatening letters saying they're going to ruin my credit and garnish my wages, I said "bring it on" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

After a pushy door-to-door salesman, we had buyers remorse and tried to cancel before the first service. They refused, and because we had already paid there was little recourse we could take. After taking the first year of "pre-paid" service, beware that it auto-renews (automatically charging your credit card) so know that you HAVE to cancel in the winter ahead of the first service of the next season. So while we were able to successfully cancel the auto-renew service (after reading reviews, I phoned multiple times to confirm it was cancelled and received a cancellation confirmation #), they have repeatedly called soliciting our business despite my request each time they call asking them to stop calling. This company is brutal to deal with, and uses every tactic possible to gain your business. I must point out, that while in Alberta there are laws to protect your from door-to-door sales, there are hoops to jump through to act upon that protection and in the end it wasn't worth my time to go down this path to try and get out of our initial purchase.

We hired Dr. Green for a season of lawn care based on a recommendation of a friend. The services provided were always incomplete (only fertilized the front yard and not the rear yard), regularly late and occasionally missed. We followed up with the head office and the service was completed but in the end it was too much work and the customer service under par. We did not renew for the following summer...this is where is gets worse, they automatically provided us with an initial 'spring maintenance'. They then billed us for a service we did not ask for, agree to, want. For the last 9 months they have hassled, harassed, annoyed us for payment of a service we did not contact for!!! Do not use this company.

After being with Dr. Green Services for more then 10 years I have always been extremely happy with the results of their services. Since the pesticide ban they ave always come to us with solutions to help us keep our lawn green and have as weed few as possible. The technicians seem to well trained and the customer service team is always there to help. We would recommend Dr. Green to all of our friends and family.

We have been very happy with your services. We feel you are price competitive for the product delivered. We also really appreciate the good and prompt communications should we have any questions. There have been a few small problems, such as a treatment being applied to our next door neighbor instead of us, but you rectified such as soon as possible. This sort of occasional happening is understood, given the nature of your services. Overall, we would recommend your services to others and hope to continue enjoying our lawn with your help.

We have been happy customers for several years. Dr Green has delivered as promised efficient on time service for a carefree green lawn. Our neighbors, friends and family have complimented our plush weed free lawn.

I had Dr.Green Lawn Care service for 2 years. I became so completely dissatisfied with the service and the look of our lawn that I decided not to use them again. Much to my surprise, they showed up without letting me know the following Spring and applied some treatment and put the bill at my front door. When I saw the invoice, I called and said I didn't want their service and wouldn't pay the bill. They insisted that I pay because they have an Auto renewal. I WILL NOT pay. They are calling constantly, and are a nuisance. Their service is terrible, and the people who call just won't listen. I have asked them to show me where I signed on for auto renewal, but to no avail. A HORRIBLE company. Don't deal with them.
