We have been dealing with Doctor Green for at least 10-15 years. In the beginning we had some issues with our lawn but after a consultation with Lorraine and a few visits from Doctor Green we noticed a huge improvement. Over the years, our contact with the CSR reps have been nothing but positive.. Along with many dealings with Patricia we are 100% satisfied with the services they provide. The technician's are friendly an very helpful as well. We have no problem with recommending Doctor Green.

Dr. Green lawn services has given us a great looking lawn. It is more green and full, throughout the spring and summer months. Your aeration and weed treatments have made our house look great. knowledgeable staff that always lets you know they are coming, and also they leave recommendations on how I can help, take care of my lawn.

We have a good sized residential property and we haven’t used pesticides to treat our lawn in 25 years. In the time that we have had Dr. Green treat our lawn naturally, our lawn has continued to do well in spite of lawns in our area which have lots of weeds and are not treated at all. Our lawn is very green and has very few weeds, which Dr. Green takes care of and we pick some weeds out too. We do like the fact that Dr. Green arrives most times for treatments the day before rain which helps alleviate us having to water in the product. The customer service department has been accommodating and respectful when we have called. We know a couple of people on our street have switched to Dr. Green after seeing our lawn.

Our lawn has never looked better. It’s the envy and talk of the neighborhood. Thanks Dr. Green, we appreciate your hard work. We look forward to another great year ahead.

I have been with Dr. Green for 12 or 13 years now. I am pleased with the service provided especially from customer service. When I've had the need for a call in they are usually able to answer the issue on the front line person taking the call. Always courteous, and if the situation calls for it they are ready to re-mediate it with a repeat visit or an add on later. Usually my only reason to call in is for renewal and now this can be done via their website. The email sent out prior to visits is appreciated. Especially when you want to get in a last lawn cut or watering before they arrive. I can't say to much about the actual ground crew as they are usually here and gone before I notice them, and I work at home. Good on you for that. As with new pesticide laws I do find a few more weeds that I need to pull each year but Dr. Green has worked on solutions to meet needs and abide by environment laws. Their product offerings continue to grow and the additional comments left to better my lawn after a visit are welcome.

We have been using Dr Green services for a few years. The Office staff and lawn technicians have been courteous and friendly when we have any concerns. Our neighbors lawns & the wooded greenbelt located directly behind are fully covered in weeds, so it is a continuous challenge to keep our lawn a HEALTHY GREEN and WEED FREE. Our lawn seems mostly weed free healthy & strong with the help of Dr Green. When people are walking by we get nice comments regarding our lawn and garden. We have been satisfied with Dr Green’s services, hopefully they will continue to provide good service for years to come.

I was billed this year several times for services I did not want and had said "no" to. This year I informed the company that I did NOT want their services. They sent a guy anyway... I talked to their manager Malisa and informed her that I did not want their services... and charge me for whatever bill was, she agrees, charged and cleared but they did not stopped, I will NOT be paying for any more services from them now - no matter how many times they come. My experience is Very bad and as same as all of the others on this list who rated this company ZERO. Do not engage them. They take no notice of cancellations and will continue to bill you forever, They charge you for work they were not authorized to do and they harass you for ever to pay and call you every day any time incl. weekends. This is my worst expirience ever!!!

I have been with Dr.Green for over 10 years and have been satisfied with their services.I appreciate their notice given a day before the work is done. If something is missed a simple telephone call will have it corrected.
