    Do not use them

    We contacted these people and they agreed to pay a visit. After 2 days I found a bill at my doorstep. I called them and asked what the bill was for since I dont have a front yard and my backyard was locked. The lady explained that not only a technician entered my backyard but also spoke to someone on the property. I and my husband kept explaining to her and at least 5 different people in their company that they never provided any service. Its amazing that everyone told us that they are taking our complain but whenever we called back we got the response that the note was simply that the customer was not happy with the service and no mention of actual complaint. Then someone started calling from all types of different numbers at all times of day and kept asking for payment. Most of the time they will not identify themselves. I would recommend to everyone NOT to use their service at all.

    WEED CONTROL AND FERTILIZER

    Products are terrible don't work ,empty promises to repair or correct the issues never come, grab the money then nothing, tells fibs to customers about correcting the issues cannot and will not ever recommend this company to anybody iam very sorry i used them however we all learn from are mistakes A TOTAL ZERO RATING FOR THIS COMPANY.............

    Terrible service and results

    Do NOT use this service. They did not service my lawn adequately for what they charged. My lawn is still thick with weeds, and insufficiently fertilized. In addition, they come to service my lawn without notice or my approval and are charging me for service I did not want. Avoid dealing with these people, they're dishonest and untrustworthy!

    Lawn Treatment - awful experience with this company

    My lawn became WORSE after the Dr. Green treatments. When I called for re-treatment, they didn't send anyone out for weeks and still haven't. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this company! VERY bad customer relations and will charge you if you want to cancel. Very dishonest in their promotion. Regret signing up.

    Lawn Weed and Feed service

    Really impressive, prompt and excellent service for weed and feed for whole season throughout late spring, summer and early fall. All our neighbours are very impressed and I have highly recommended Dr. Green to many of them. Keep up the great work !

    Do not hire this company !!

    I have hired this company to take care of my lawn ( approx. 4,000 sf) in the hope of reducing some weeds. I have some areas that show nice healthy grass and 2 parts are just a disgrace. There was plenty of rain during this time and without wathering most of my lawn come back nicely, but 2 parts got so bad that I have no grass at all, just weeds. I think at this point the part that got damaged needs to be fully replaced. They do not offer me any help at all and do not refund my at all! ( $360.41) Again: do not get this company to work for you!!! This company has customer service representatives that answer the calls and need to be trained on customer service skills!

    Disgusting Experience- Never ever hire this company again

    I had a full season deal with Dr. Green this year. My backyard was a mess with full of weeds, insects and bare minimum grass visible. I wanted professional help to fix it and unfortunately I contacted Dr. Green seeing their at the door brochure. They gave me a full season deal and assured lush green grass with bare minimum weeds by the end of the treatments. After approx. 6 weeks of treatment, I realized nothing has changed in my lawn whereas I was being regularly charged on my credit card. I decided to stay at home on their next visit and found the guy who came for treatment hardly spent 10-15 minutes in my property and left without treating most areas of my house. No surprise, I wasn’t seeing the results with this poor level of service. I escalated the matter over email to them but never got a response back. Then I started calling them frantically everyday and every time I was told that my case is being taken into consideration with highest priority and a Production Manager/Owner will give me a call back to discuss. They never called me back and after this continued for almost a week, I decided not to proceed with this any further and terminate their contract. When I called them to let them know about the termination, I was told that I will have to pay $75 for some “Overseeding and Aeration” which was done as a compliment to my package. I told them I will not pay a single penny for the work which never yielded desired results for me. I was expecting a statement from them on this $75 after which I would have taken my steps against it. The statement never came and I thought that the matter is settled now. It was only after I received their call again few days back, I decided to write this review and let all know how they deal with their customers in these situations. They called me to say that I owe them an odd $187 now (not $75 anymore as they previously told me during contract termination) and if I don’t pay that money, they will hand my case to a collection company who will deal with me. I stuck with my decision and clearly told them I will not pay for something which was never serviced properly and they would need to send me a statement first with breakdown after which I will decide on my next steps. I am attaching the pictures of my backyard after their 6 weeks of treatment and you can understand the level of frustration I have been into since I have been dealing with this company. This is an extremely unprofessional company who never takes their customers seriously and on top of that, tries to push for money from customers even when a contract is terminated and void.

    Do not pre-pay for this service

    Worst service ever. I prepaid for the season and gave detailed instructions on the areas of my lawn to be treated (irregular lot size). They missed the areas I specified and are weeks behind on all treatments. I was supposed to get an over seed and the seed is thrown randomly in patches around the lawn (no topsoil applied). My neighbours said that they were on the property for a very short time, not a surprise! Every time I call, someone in customer services promises to follow-up with me, and never does. Very disappointing - do not use this company.

    Just Wow

    I was so shocked at the lack of communication with this company. They are extremely unprofessional and don't seem to care to understand your customer needs properly, but when it is time to make a payment they make sure to call you to remind you. I cancelled my services last year and low and behold a technician comes out and I am patronized on the phone to pay for the visit no matter how much I try to explain myself. They literally find a reason to make you pay. I have never seen anything like this before. To be honest, I would not recommend this company to anyone seeing this.

    Poor service - no attention to detail

    They came to my home for 3 visits, charged me for 2. On the first visit, the weed control did not work and they came back to redo it, same results. On the 2nd visit, they aerated my lawn and claimed to apply grass seeding. There were no seeds at all, I had to apply it myself. They damaged my neighbor's concrete pathway with their machine. They claimed a manager looked into the damage but cannot commit to doing anything at all. Cancelled my service immediately.
