    Still waiting

    Would like to write a review but still waiting for them to show up. Hired them and paid for a complete pkg in May said they would be out that wk to spray for weeds. Today is June 9th. Still waitng

    Charged for the service that never happened

    I received the summer package from Dr Green last fall (2016), but my lawn got even worse, half of my grass was gone this Spring. So I called in to cancel my service on April 21. After that I went online to make sure my account was terminated. To my surprise, there was a charge dated on March 30 and I didn't recall getting any kind of invoice or a note on the service from Dr Green this year. When I contacted Dr Green on April 24, their customer service said the serviceman went to the WRONG ADDRESS and even though they came back to my property on the same day, they couldn't leave an invoice because they can print only one invoice. And then she said she will get back to me after checking their GPS to see if the service was actually done. As I didn't hear from her, I called in 3 more times, each time they said they will get back to me, but no one did. 6 weeks later, the only thing I received was an overdue invoice. Finally I left a message to the office manager letting her know that I am filing a complaint unless they can provide an evidence of their service. She never called me back. When I asked for her extension, they transferred me to another customer service after putting me on hold for 5-10 minutes. This is when I was told my account was clear of any charges. I captured my last call to Dr Green on Voice Recorder. (The last customer service got mad when I told her about this.) After making 10 phone calls and voice messages, being hung up 2 times, and wasting hours, I really hope I am done with them for good. I had to go through all this for the service that never happened.

    video camera caught them doing nothing

    I have been with them for over 3 years. my cameras caught their workers doing nothing... leaving bills. They spray in rainy weather and when you call to speak to supervisors or managers they don't note their system and no one calls back... they don't even care about the customer. My lawn saw no improvement. this company shouldn't be in business and their staff needs ethics training.

    lawn care

    did a great job last fall. showed up on time. look forward to seeing them in spring

    Lawn maintenance

    Was hired to do a spring / summer treatment incl. fertilizer, herbicide, etc. While my grass was green. Dandelions came back and they killed some of my hedge plants with overspray. Won't use them again.

    Lawn Care Service

    It's worry free, always get a notification of next visit within 48hrs. If you forget to unlock your gate and the back doesn't get done, just a quick call and they will revisit to get it done. Most of all my neighbours often complement my lawn for looking good, and when asked I tell them I use Dr Green.

    Lawn Care

    I have been with Dr. Green for a dozen years and I have been able to depend on them from the very start. They do an excellent job.
