We have been looked after by Dr Green for three years now. Their staff have been helpful and courteous the entire time and our lawn has never looked better. We have recommended Dr Green to several of our friends and neighbors. They truly do great work.

I have tried three different lawn maintenance companies over the past several years, and had Dr Green for the first time last year. In comparison, my lawn looked the best last year with Dr. Green. It was full, lush, green and with the least weeds out of the other companies. We also received their power-rake service, and it was one of the better crews i've had on my yard. There did seem to be a bit of confusion throughout the year as to what services I had ordered, and it was, at times, difficult to straighten things up, but it did work out in the end. If Dr. Green and their staff improve their customer service so that it is the level of it's lawn care, this is a company I could stay with. ***Update*** since my original post, Dr. Green has disappointed me three times. Not only have they failed to come out for the power rake service on two promised occasions (first due to mis-information in their email confirmation), but my lawn is looking worse than ever before at this time of the season. I have weeds again, and my lawn is patchy with dead growth throughout. Considering I have underground sprinklers, I'm surprised. Obviously the "confusion" I had previously has not been solved after-all. As I cannot delete or comment on this review, I will update the main body of the review as required.

I appreciate the reliable service that Dr. Green has demonstrated over the past few years. I particularly appreciate the email that I receive giving me notice as to when my lawn treatments are to occur so there are no surprises. I am always made aware of all of the services that are available to me and this has kept me a happy customer.

After trying Dr. Green starting from 2012. We've noticed a healthier & lusher front & back lawn at our residence. We continue to use your services in 2013 & now await our power raking & your Alberta very best treatment for 2013 to accomplish the same results this year.

We had been doing business for a couple of years now. Personally I am really happy with your services, and I recommended you guys to another persons as well. My grass looks great in the summer even if here in Calgary it is really dry. Everything is going great from my point of view. I am looking forward to have you my partner in the future.

I haven't had a chance to fully realize the full benefits of Dr. Green yet as I was given a late Fall treatment, and now my Spring treatment has just happened. However, I can say that the crews appear to be very professional, are timely, and prices are very reasonable. I look forward to seeing a healthier lawn in the coming Spring/Summer season as the weather starts to improve. Already my lawn looks to be in better shape than usual for spring, so hopefully that's attributed to the Fall fertilizer service I received!

We have been really happy with the services provided and the services have improved the appearance of our lawn. We cant wait for another great season ahead for the upcoming spring.

Prior to Dr. Green my lawn was scraggly, brown and rather thin. I was embarrassed and always admired my neighbors lawn across the street. After Dr. Green my lawn is lush, green and healthy looking. Now I have neighbours asking me what I’m doing to get such results. So thanks Dr. Green for your services.

I have had excellent service from Dr. Green. For the most part they perform the maintenance ( thatching, aerating, fertilizing etc.. ) at the time intervals, weather permitting. They show up when they say they will. And my lawn looks great, weed free, green, healthy etc. I will continue to use Dr. Green for my lawn care.

Great sales people. Horrible customer service. Cancelled service by phone. Came and did the service a week later anyway and invoiced me. Now I have to wait a week while they investigate their phone history. Agent says I didn't call in! Very unhelpful and hung up when I said a week was unacceptable. Avoid them at all costs.
