I decided to go with a different service provider this year as I was frustrated with the additional charges imposed by Dr. Green, some of which were unnecessary such as the grub insecticide. Unfortunately, I learned this from another lawn care company. Dr. Green took it upon themselves to apply fertilizer (if they in fact did apply fertilizer) this year when not requested by me and send me a bill. I did not send any approval for renewal. Obviously, an unethical act on their part.

Dear Dr Green, I'm a satisfied Dr Green client for four years now. The best thing that I like about your service is the level of flexibility you allow your customers. For example, your email reminders tell me when the next service will be performed, so if my lawn is not ready, I simply give you a call and you reschedule it to a convenient day. I remember one year when I had to constantly postpone the aeration service to the point when it was already too late in the season so it was not possible to do it anymore, and you guys agreed to reduce my invoice for the following year to reflect this. That's great customer service, and as a result, I just stick with Dr Green year after year. Thanks!

Dr. Green: We renewed your service when we bought this house in April 2011. Your service personnel have carried out all requested services in a timely and professional manner. Thank you and to your service crews keep up the good work. We will continue to renew our contract and expand the service requirements if necessary, as long as your service level remains at the same level. I am happy to say thank you your support to make my grass come alive again. The product you are using is great and it shows. We had a lot of snow this late fall, yet, when the snow is gone and the grass appears, I can't believe it is still green, wonder if you guys are painting my grass. As Long as we live in this house and we can afford it (because we are Seniors) we will stay with you. Just for your information, we had used other companies before, but so far I can only say you folks are the best. Wish you a successful New Year

Your staff have been polite and courteous and we will certainly recommend your service. Our lawn has been healthier and more resistant to weeds and pests since we started using Dr. Green Services. Our neighbours are green with envy so we recommend seeing our Dr... We would appreciate more detailed communication after each visit that may include service applied, lawn status and necessary recommendations. Pre-printed comment cards of different types of lawn conditions and necessary action may help if included with the visitation plastic bag usually left at the door. Thanks for doing a good job

I’ve been happy with the service and my next door neighbor started with Dr. Green because my lawn looked so much better than his. It would be nice to have a several days warning before the monthly service rather than just one day to insure the lawn is ready for the service call.

We have been very satisfied with the service that we have received and do notice our lawn does look better. The only thing is each spring we get a call regarding aerating the lawn and we have said no only to come home and see that it has been done and extra billed for. That is our only complaint! Thank you for your good service.

We have been customers of Dr Green for more than 10 years now, and are very happy with their services. During this time we have had several issues with our lawn (re grubs, weeds, mushrooms, etc) and each time someone has come out and done an evaluation and advised us about what to do, which is great. In fact our lawn looks so good that one of our neighbours decided to also have Dr Green look after her lawn.

2013 will be my 3rd year with Dr. Green. Overall I am happy with how my lawn has looked over the past couple of years and I do attribute a lot of that to the services I receive through Dr. Green (along with a good watering program on my part). As for criticism - I have been around a couple of times when Dr. Green has stopped by to do an application etc. I was really surprised at how "in and out" some of the services are. Basically the guy came in with his fertilizer spreader, did one walk across the yard and was on his way. It did make me question the amount of detail and coverage I receive on the lawn at times.
