With time service provided has deteriorated and cost has gone up. I am planning to change company next year (based on my friend's recommendation i.e. service he is getting and cost).

It was my first year of service with Dr. Green and I am really happy with the service done. Some times the service was not done properly but as soon as I called to call center and I got the re-application. I already enrolled for next year services, hoping the same great service will receive.

When we bought our house eight years ago, our lawn was in terrible condition. Even though we diligently spread dozens of cubic yards of triple mix, watered as recommended and over seeded our lawn several times every spring/ summer season, there were whole tracts of it that remained brown, and broadleaf weeds and dandelions choked out any grass that we planted. We decided to look into professional lawn care. Since we’ve been customers of Dr. Green, the season long weed control, Bug Be Gone and Fall Grub Control services have almost eliminated weeds and have made the brown patches that plagued our lawn a thing of the past. Last spring, for the first time, we paid for the Seed n Feed service, and it made such a difference to our lawn that two neighbours asked us for the name of our lawn care provider, and signed up with Dr. Green themselves. No lawn care service is perfect, but, now that we pay for Dr. Green’s Very Best Plan, we spend much less time fighting insect infestations and the spread of weeds, and much more time taking our grass for granted.

1. Good and Friendly Customer service 2. Easy to reach. 3. Products for weed control not very effective. 4. Records not always up to date. i.e. Service ordered/paid but not provided. We had to follow up. 5. Over all we can recommend your service and will use you for next year.

Thank you Dr Green and Staff We have used your services for several years now, and with the limitation of chemicals that you can use, you have kept up with the industry for new replacement and environmental approved products. You have still kept our lawn weed free and thick green grass. It is nice to sit on the patio and entertain in a park like setting. We have already signed up for the 2013 season. Keep up the good work.

Over all your service is excellent. While it is very difficult to control weeds without using the old chemicals, you try to do your best. There never has been any problem asking you to reapply when weeds came back. Thankyou

I have been a customer for over 25 years and have been very satisfied. I have had many compliments over the years and have one of the best lawns in the neighborhood.

We just want to let you folks know that we have been very pleased with your service. Very commendating if I call and want some information or need you folks to come back and redo the spraying mainly for weeds. Thanks for the good service

Overall I am very satisfied with the regular service I received over the growing season. I definitely noticed some improvement even though it was such a dry summer. There are still lots of dandelions and other weeds and evidence of grub troubles. One of the late summer/early fall treatments was done on a rainy day and it continued to rain for the next couple of days. I phoned with my concern, because the instructions were that it needed to be dry for a few days after…so not sure that was an effective treatment. I did not follow up

As we are going into our 4th year, using your services, we are obviously pleased with the maintenance performance.
