We have been a Dr. Green customer for a few years now, and are extremely pleased with our relationship. Dr. Green’s service is professional, and their applications and services are always done in a timely manner. If and when Dr. Greens’ service specialists notice anything that requires further attention, we are contacted and are able to discuss options.

I would like to thank you for your service of looking after our lawn over the past couple of years. We have a very large backyard and before we went with your company most of our backyard was full of weeds as the people before us had a full garden in their backyard and they just threw some topsoil down and let it go, so it was a challenge for us to get grass hence we contacted you for your services. Ever since we've been with you which I believe we just finished our 3rd season with you we have a ton of grass now and not so many weeds, over this past season we had a few more weeds due to the lack of rain that we had over the summer but that's expected. It's very difficult for us to water our lawn as it's so large but we try our best after each treatment that is requiring watering to be done. The only thing I would love to see on our lawn is that it's not so bumpy which I know you don't roll lawns any more and that the aeration is suppose to look after this and it's better than what it was but I would like it to better but we will keep working on that. Overall I'm very pleased with your service and greatly appreciate all that your company has done for our lawn.

I must admit I was abit skeptical of lawn treatment when I was initially approached by Dr Green. I was having great difficulty trying to get my lawn healthy as it was hard, lumpy with bare spots and dandelions. After a few treatments, my lawn has become what I wanted it to be!!! Green, healthy and weed free….. I would strongly recommend Dr. Green for anyone who wants a lawn to look not only respectable, but healthy and vibrant, well done Dr. Green!!!!!

We heard that aerating the lawn was a good thing to do, so when we got a visit from dr. green we asked them about their lawn aeration service. They said it would cost $50. It was a simple task so it's pretty hard to mess it up. They completed the job without any problems.

First off I signed up with Dr.green in march. In may I got an email saying they would be here in the next 2 business days to do there first visit. They never showed up so I called them. They lost or couldn't find my info but had my email address got that fixed. On another visit I spent hours top soiling my lawn and seeding it phoned them not to come the lady said ok no problem. The next day they showed up and did weed control which killed all the seed. I called to speak to a manager in July and it is November still waiting! When the arriated my lawn they took a huge chunk out of my fence still waiting for someone to come look at it. I really could not notice any improvement in my lawn from having there service. My neighbour had a different company and you could tell there's was quality not mine. They called once a 10pm to tell me I owe them money . They could've called earlier as they woke my kid up. They called three times a week because I owed them money and of course I will pay it I just want to talk to a manager about the bad service but I am still waiting well over a month. There are so many lawn care companies out there you should really do research look at reviews but I would never recommend Dr. Green. For the money you put out Dr.Green is not worth it. My 6 year old can do a better job. As for dr.greens customer service it sucks they need to communicate a whole lot better.

After being dissatisfied with Dr Green Lawn service in 2011, I called to cancel the service for the following year. I was surprised to see that they started a treatment again in the spring of 2012. I informed them that I was not paying as I canceled. They continued to provide service. Now they are hounding me on a daily basis to pay an overdue amount. They are relentless by calling an a daily basis. They claimed that when I canceled in the fall of 2011, the person I was talking to was not the person that handles cancellations. As if this company is too big that they can't talk to one another. The battle goes on. They are spending more money harassing me than the $75 buck they claim I owe them. Please beware of these tactics with Dr Green Lawn!

Wanted to try Dr. Green for a year to see if it would eliminate weads. Did not make much of a difference. Then they would keep coming back without me asking them to and harrassing on the phone to pay for services I dont't want. Dr. Green is more of a call centre to collect money than a Lawn Care Service.

Dr. Green has been a night mare from the first treatment. They did a poor job on the first application. When I asked for a respray, they came back, did another poor application but charged me for another full treatment. When I called again they cam back did the fertilizer, not the week spray and charge me for another full application. $200 later and my lawn looks horrible and I have a collection agency calling now because I refuse to pay with such poor service and product. Never again...

This is the end of the season and my lawn still looks the same. I have been really disappointed with the services carried out on my lawn with Doctor Green. I had really high hopes of seeing the green. But the greater hurt comes from the false promises given to me one after the other just so that I say Yes to accept the services. I spent 350+ for the services, all to say that I may never recommend the service to anybody else. I am sorry for being harsh on your services, but its only the truth. Thanks, Dr. Adnan A. Mithwani

I hired Dr. Green lawn care as a professional company to kill the weeds on my lawn on the two properties that I own. I have discovered that they do not guarantee their service to kill weeds but only provide a "reduction" of weeds. I wish I would have know that up front. I still have the same weeds as I did at the beginning of the season. I called in for the so called "re-spray:" and was on hold for the longest time until someone came on the phone to take my number so I would be called back. Nobody called me back until days later it received a call from Dr, Green to sell me another service to kill crane flies. I told them that they could'nt even kill the weeds so never mind killing the so called infestation of crane flies in my area. When they finally arrived to do the so called "free re-spray" I had an invoice in my mailbox. I have called several times to be told that they will do a free "re-spray" . On both of my properties I still have alot of the same weeds except they are greener!!
