    Frozen Pipe Line

    In half an hour of my call I had the technician at my door; the job was completed in less than two hours. I explained the technician how the problem started at the main washroom in the second floor; he was able to determine where he needed to open a hole in the ceiling to find the crack on the pipeline. He was efficient doing his job. Overall very respectful and trusted. I was happy to find a trusted company!!

    Pipe burst repair

    I called 4 other companies with no openings. Fortunately, the company had some availability. They came on time. The technician was very friendly and explained their service, the cost and what to expect. They got to work super fast and was very efficient. The technician cleaned up well after the service and rechecked everything. Lastly, after a couple of days a service representative got in touch and checked up on our experience and service. Very satisfied with this company.

    Burst Frozen Pipe

    Pipe burst in basement kitchen overnight Called this am.. tech was there within an hour... repair took an hour. Great job, friendly personable tech.. really a 10 out of 10. Could not of been any better.

    Unfreeze the frozen pipes on a very cold day

    EXCELLENT SERVICE. I called Drain rescue on January 21st 2019, for frozen pipe, it was a busy day for them , but they made time to come to my location (in Toronto) on the same day to come and fix the pipes. Excellent service, I would recommend Drain Rescue any time.

    Pipe and Valve Burst

    We just moved into the house and unfortunately the Pipe and the Valve burst but we couldn't shut off the water and the water was dripping rapidly, the basement was flooded already. I called the Crystal Drain Plumbing and in an 1 hour the gentleman should up and he knows what was wrong with it, he knows what his doing. The Plumber was very nice, polite and professional, but I never thought that it will cost me almost a thousand dollars for changing the Valve and the 2 inches pipe. It was expensive, but He fixed it and done very well.

    Leaking toilet

    The gentleman who came was professional and respectful. He explained what the problem was and told us how much it would cost upfront. I would totally recommend this guy again. I'm in the service industry myself and it felt like he had been well trained

    Bathroom sink clogged drain.

    Re: Clogged bathroom sink... Tried using Drano and Liquid Plumber but won't work. Saw Drain Rescue online so we thought we'd try them. Plumber was to come between 11am to 1pm but called that they will come early at around 10:15am, which is fine with us. After the plumber checked out the problem, he quoted me with the price. Price quoted was higher that what we anticipated (which we feel should be between $100 to $200) but considering the weather and the $35 online coupon, we said yes. The problem was resolved in no time and our sink is now running good. Plumber was very nice, even cleaned the dirty sink. Other than the slight higher price, we will use Drain Rescue again...but hopefully not very soon.

    Remove tree roots and broken snake from the main drain

    For a long time I had issue with sewer backup in my basement (due to tree roots). On January 19th, I've rented a 100 ft. snake from Home Depot and it went through smoothly all the way to the end. But when I started pulling out the snake it simply snapped and broke inside a drain. I think about 90 ft. of snaked remained in a drain. I contacted Drain Rescue and their guy was at my home within 1 hour, went through with drain camera and came up with a plan. They had to cut the driveway in the area where tree roots are in a drain, cut the pipe, pull the snake out and replace the part of a pipe where roots were. Drain Rescue , did everything, contacted Enbridge and city, came back to my property with approvals and did all work on January 23rd. I am very happy and satisfied with their work and professionalism .
