    Very professional

    Vince came by on very short notice to examine my backup up sewage drain. He was very thorough and clear about the work needed to be done. I did not use them at that time due to time contraints on my part, but I do recommend them and had a good experience. If possible ask for Vince when calling. He is very honest and knowledgable.

    Main drain repairs

    Had the broken clay pipes in the main drain replaced and flush the main drain lines

    Toilet clog

    It was fixed quickly and efficiently. He also gave us good advice on how to avoid problems in the future.

    Leaky pipe

    The guy came and cut out the valve and replaced it within 1 hour, no fuss and no mess. Was very polite and pleasant. Gave me some advice on how to treat the area moving forward.

    Sewer pipe

    Drain RESCUE helped restore my sewer pipe I inside and outside of our house. They did a great job...very hard working. They had all the right tools and installed a backwater valve as well. They helped out with the paperwork requires for rebate...and they take Airmiles!

    Fantastic!

    After an unexpected emergency, our office restroom needed help ASAP! They were fast, efficient, honest and helpful . The service included tips and even advice to help avoid a similar issue.

    Kitchen drain pipe combination replacement

    I had left strong drain cleaner in our kitchen drains overnight (instead of limiting the solvent to 5 minutes). Unfortunately, the strong sulfuric acid in the drain cleaner dissolved the glue holding the drain pipes together, flooding water the next day into the cabinet area under the sink! What a cleanup task!! Drain Rescue's plumber had to rebuild the drainpipe combination (from 2 sinks and a sinkerator). The job was completed properly and in a timely manner. I've forgotten the plumber's name (it's an age thing!), but he had very helpful suggestions. I would definitely use Drain Rescue again!

    Basement plumbing leak.

    Very prompt and courteous service as well as good quality work. I assume the price was competitive although I did not have time to price shop. All in all, an excellent experience.

    Drain leaks

    I had some issues with outdoor connections for hose as well as a leaky kitchen faucet. Drain Rescue was very quick, responsive and did a great job.
