    Professional Service

    A technician was at my door within 30 minutes of my call. He used a 50 foot "snake" to clean our clogged sink. Upon entry in to our home, he placed wrappings on his shoes to ensure he did not dirty our floors. He cleaned up after him self in the kitchen and explained what went wrong and how to ensure we don't get our selves in to the same issue. Very professional service and I would highly recommend it.

    MAIN DRAIN BLOCKAGE

    Drain rescue was fast and professional, Isaak showed up the same day i called for service at the exact time he was scheduled to arrive. he laid out the basic costs, and potential costs before starting the work. In the end he went above and beyond in order to save me money. over all i am extremely satisfied.

    plumbing service

    We have been experiencing difficulties with our bathroom drainage and this was a real emergency. We contacted Drain Rescue Plumbers and they were pleasant and courteous demonstrating a great business communication. Isaac from Drain Rescue Plumbers came to the rescue and he provided a fast, reliable and amazing service. We are happy with their service.

    Kitchen faucet drain leak

    leak in the basement due to kitchen faucet drain being clogged. Isaac the plumber clearedthe clogged drain, installed a T joint and a drain trap for the air conditioning vent to prevent back flow of gases to the furnace

    Plumbing emergency

    About two years ago we had a plumbing emergency in our kitchen. Because it was urgent I didn't do my usual level of research and called a company that I would later learn had numerous complaints and even charges outstanding. When they wanted to charge an arm and a leg for a diagnostic we wanted a second opinion. They left us in a mess and when my husband spoke with the owner he was rude and began swearing on the phone. Not what one would expect from a professional plumbing company. That's where Denys and his team at Drain Rescue came to the rescue. We called Drain Rescue for that second opinion. Denys was very professional, explained everything in lay terms and outlined what we thought was a fair price for a large job. The problem, it turned out was under the basement floor and required major repair. Denys and his team did an excellent job and we have had no issues since. He told us what to watch for in future which is extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend these professionals.

    basement backup

    Technician assured me he knows what the problem was exactly. Dumb as I was I let him do a simple snakiing. The problem is back. Now I am told the warranty was only on the snaking. Sorry the technician doesn't know what he was doing. It is like telling a patient he or she had a headache when the patient had a cancer. This review could be a complete farce but I thought I should vent my feeling and that is Drain Rescue is a joke

    On October 30th, 2016 this customer had a clogged kitchen sink and our technician provided a snaking service and unclogged the sink. On January 8th, 2017 we received a phone call from this customer advising that his drain was clogged once again. He had asked about warranty and we explained that unfortunately there is no warranty on the clogging of the drain as it has been over 2 months since we have been out there. It is unreasonable to think that there is a lifetime warranty on the snaking of the drains. It is impossible to know what has been put down the sink to have it clog again, and it is also unfair to state that our technician did not "know what he was doing". This customer decided not to book a second appointment with us. We take pride in great customer service and it is extremely disappointing to see this type of review.

    Stack replacement

    Called with a clogged toilet. After checking with the camera, the plumber (Denys) found that the pipe was clogged below the basement floor. The crew came in, removed the issue, replaced the pipe that was damaged and repaired the concrete floor in great time. The customer service was awesome, and when explaining the issues and the solution they spoke to me like a human. Too many other trades people have spoken to me disrespectful disrespectfully but these guys were great!
