    My household water supply line broke before the shutoff valve.

    Drainworks responded promptly, courteously and professionally. Their service and support amazed me given what I had come to expect today. The repair work was completed quickly and I was thoroughly impressed with their expertise from beginning to completion. They even surprised me with a superb cleanup job. I simply could not have asked for anything more. Genuinely recommended. These guys are exemplary.

    Kitchen Faucet Replacement

    I had a very leaky faucet, which need replacement. I did not realise b4 that the plumber would replace everything down to the on/off valves. But the valves were i guess old and needed to go. No big deal. (was apparently part of the guarantee)

    bathroom sink

    I have noticed the trucks from Drainworks in my neighbourhood, and also saw a positive review in the Mirror so when I needed some plumbing, I gave them a try. Jeff called the night before, and appeared at my door early! He is friendly and knowledgable. Jeff explained what I would need and gave me the quote. The work was done well and the site was tidied. I will definitely call Drainworks again, as well as recommend the company to others.

    Clogged Toilet

    Response time was great. Came on time. The work was very clean (they even wear the plastic covers over their shoes upon entering the condo). Explained everything to me. Did not leave until I was absolutely satisfied with the work.

    Drain clog

    A few weeks ago over a weekend, we developed a drain problem and everything in the house was un-usable. Based on the reviews at Home Stars, I called Drain Works to get the issue fixed up. I was quoted a time for the same afernoon. Matthew arrived on time and did a great job. He was quick and efficient in diagnosing the problem and presented all the options that were available to me. I chose to go with a straightforward snaking service and the job was done very well indeed. There was no mess and I also received an excellent education on plumbing while talking to Matt while he was doing the service! High recommended!

    plumbing

    He showed up on time. He was friendly and kind. He answered all my questions and solved my plumbing problem. He cleaned up after he was finished which was great. He provided excellent customer service.

    Toilet replacement

    I sent Drain Works an e-mail request on Sunday night - got a call back Monday morning - the new toilet was installed by Monday afternoon. This was not an emergency, but Jeff Wright (the installer) showed up on time (early, actually, but called to confirm that that was ok). He shopwed me options, and told me that my new toilet was eligible for a City of Toronto rebate. Great job, great service, and very pleasant to deal with.

    main drain investigation with camera

    Just a quick note to let you know that I had 2 recommendations from my colleagues before I contacted your company. I was greeted by John Paul who was very personable, efficient and could answer my questions. Jeremy Harris was my technician. He was polite informative but most of all, reassuring. I am a single woman who owns a house that's over 120 years old and he dealt with my anxiety, in a calm and collected manner. I will in turn, hire your company to come to my home for an annual check of the pipes. Top notch service and greatly appreciated. Will recommend you in the future. Yours Truly, Sharon Summerling

    outside-dig up & remove exiting sanitacy trap & breather

    The job took from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the same day. They clean up the place very good. We have a big tree very closed to the digging area. The company ask me to call the forest dept. for information. With the forest inspector on site. I was informed to contract Right of way-dept since we will be digging on city property by 1 foot or so. The city inspector was there, and I had to go downtown to get a licence for the digging. It seem route for the both inspectors. However, Frank did not like to dig on city property and back and for with phone to hime and final with 2 weeks after he give me a scheduled date to to the job. This is the only drawback due to the two week delay which I give them a "9" rating

    Basement drain

    I discovered the problem Friday evening and call Drainworks Saturday morning. I likely could have waited until Monday but at no extra charge they could send a person Saturday. Drainworks advised me of the price ahead of time and we agreed at the time of arrival. Matt was knowledgeable, clean and courteous. He arrived on time and completed the job within the timeframe discussed. Absolutley perfect.
