    Bathroom plumbing repair

    Drainworks' service has always been excellent. This was our 3rd service call (all unrelated). I made an appointment the day before. 30 minutes prior to the appointment they called to give me notice. Armando was very courteous; the job (video inspection) was efficiently done. I do like the fact that the price is quoted up front -- when you call for the appointment. That way there is no surprise halfway through the job. Definitely would call on them again.

    replacing shut off valves in kitchen

    Jeff was courteous, showed up on time, identified the problem quickly, wore those cool disposable covers on his shoes. He gave me the quote and explained everything to me. After our discussion he got right to work and completed the task efficiently and quickly. he is an excellent representative of Drainworks. I wouold recommend them to my family and friends.

    Sewer drain snaking

    Basement drain sewage backed up and lead to foul odor throughout the house. I contacted Drain Works at 1115am. The tech arrived at 1225pm. He was very professional, informative, not pushy(appreciated), and very clean. The price to snake the drain 70feet reasonable. I am hopeful this will solve our problem. Unfortunately no warranty without a camera inspection. All in all....highly recommendable!

    Removal of Garbarator Waste Disposal Unit from Sink

    We contracted Drainworks to remove a broken garbarator waste disposal unit from our kitchen sink. I found Drainworks on Homestars and they were able to accomodate me quite well with timing. The plumber was professional and did a nice clean job of removing the unit and replacing with new plumbing. A nice touch was he cleaned up all the debris (even with a wet cloth) after he was finished. I would definitely recommend drainworks again. Thanks!! JB.

    Blockage in the kitchen sink

    The water in the kichen sink was not draining, Michael did a great job and looked for the problem carefully and did the job diligently and kept the place clean when the job is done. I am very satisfiend with his work.

    Sewage Pipe

    For over four years we have had a smell of sewage every time we used the dishwasher or it was cold outside and windy. I called Drainworks and the team was awesome. They found the problem and were back in two days to do some major work. The were extremely clean. We spent many years with other companies trying to get to the bottom of the problem. Drainworks solved it. Thanks to Chris, Jeff and the team of plumbers to solved our stinky problem! Karen

    installation of floor drain

    In November I had a floor drain installed in my furnace room. Mike took the extra time to ensure the drain was where he thought it was…and he was right! This ensured no extra digging of trenches and kept costs to a minimum – which were reasonable because I did have more than one quote. Using drawings, he also explained to me exactly what was involved. Care was taken to keep the traffic area leading to the furnace room protected and all the work area was neatly cleaned upon completion. I also appreciated use of the camera a second time to check on the condition of all pipes involved. Excellent work! Special thanks to Mike and Eric: friendly, professional workmanship.

    Unplugging my drains

    I've used them twice already. They provide great service and are 24x7. Very friendly, helpful and their plumbers take the time to really explain the issues and what to look out for. I'll keep going back to them for sure

    several taps and washing machine

    Needed to have bathroom taps adjusted. Done in 5 minutes. Needed to have washing machine rehooked up properly after a contractor made a mess. Should have had Drainworks do it in the first place.

    Bathroom drain replacement

    We've used this company twice to deal with a clogged bathroom sink (one year in between clogs.) Both times it was very easy to schedule an appointment, we were given a specific time (rather than a lengthy time frame) and the drain technician arrived punctually. The second time this happened, I requested recommendations to avoid further problems. It turned out that the clog had caused water to pool thus rusting out part of the drain so a pipe had to be replaced. The technician recommended changing the type of plug we use to prevent further clogs and arranged for a plumber to arrive immediately to fix the problem. This sink has been a nuisance for two years but I'm now confident that we will have no further problems. The work done was quick, clean and effective. The only reason I give 4 stars rather than 5 is that I'm not sure that this is the most cost-effective company - I didn't shop around for prices so they may be a bit expensive or they may be reasonably priced, I don't know. I would certainly use them again.
