    drains and sewer system in home

    Mike of DrainWorks found me in a state after major problems from a previous contractor,they were so bad we were forced to leave our home. He walked me through the problems and the solutions and made immediate arrangements to do the work. The TEAM (Naz + the boys)were profesional and efficent and 2 days later everything was fixed and CLEANED UP, they left my place spotless. To date, they are my best ever contractor experience.     Blocked Sink Drain

    After using another company previously and being duped with work that had to be done, I was nervous about using another plumber in case the same thing happened again. How wrong I was!!! From the moment I placed my call I received superior customer service. I was notified that the plumber was minutes away and Armando was on the spot within an hour and a half of my call. Not only was the problem fixed very quickly but I received information all the way along from Armando, along with hints and suggestions with NO PRESSURE whatsoever. Not only will I be using them again if I have any problems but I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Keep up the great work Armando and DrainWorks.

    sewer drain problem

    When our basement toilet started backing up into the bathtub I knew we had a problem. I chose to call Drainworks not knowing what to expect. As a female dealing with contractors in the past has been intimidating, my level of knowledge and understanding of the problem is generally poor. After speaking with William who set up an appointment I felt more at ease with my decision to call Drainworks. Lou arrived to investigate the problem, slipping blue shoe covers on to avoid tracking in any dirt, what a pleasant surprise. He set up a dig crew for the Saturday of Easter weekend who arrived with Armando and did a superior job, over and above what was expected. Our entire drainage and sewer system was inspected and explained. Everyone I dealt with at Drainworks exhibited a very high level of professionalism. They were very informative, patient, phenomenally clean and personable. What a painless experience. Thank you Drainworks for a job well done.

    Drain Repair

    I was almost taken advantage of by another plumbing and Drain Company until DrainWorks came to the rescue. I had received a quote by “Company A” to change my trap and breather, which had seemed to be expensive and the representative in somewhat of a hurry. So I decided to get another opinion and called DrainWorks who advertised a no commission approach to their business. When I told DrainWorks what “Company A” had quoted me, DrainWorks didn't seem that surprised but said that the high price was probably a result of “Company A” paying their employees by “commission” instead of by hourly wage. I guess the other company's representative hadn't sold a job that day and was looking to make his wage on me - probably his last call of the day! In the end DrainWorks came through and were completely honest and trustworthy. Thanks DrainWorks

    Replacement of trap and breather

    I found Drainworks' response time unbeatable (on sight within 1.5 hours of my call). I was very impressed with the straightforward discussion with the site supervisor, Armando, who presented me with several options and the potential risks/benefits of each. His crew worked in a professional manner and throughly cleaned the worksite prior to leaving.

    Replace drain pipe

    Armando was at our home within two hours of our call. His team was working the next morning. They were very prompt and polite. They did the work quickly but neatly, piling dirt only on tarpaulins in one spot. They opened a hole as small as they could, leaving my driveway mostly intact. They were done much sooner than I expected and left the site spotless. Armando was very patient explaining the work and the options available to me. This is the kind of help you want when your drains back up. I'm a very satisfied customer.

    Replacing soil stack and underground drains

    We were delighted with the work done by Mike, Eric and the others. They were professional, obviously proud of their high quality workmanship and made the inevitable mess of having a basement dug up as easy as possible for us to live with. I liked the way Mike explained every step and let us know in advance what the costs would be. I was also very pleased with how they cleaned up at the end. We felt well looked after by Drainworks.

    Drain backed-up

    I was impressed. The team of Mike and Eric arrived quickly, and guided me through the problem. They were patient, and explained everything quite thoroughly. Mike explained the options available. There was no pressure whatsoever, and for that I was grateful. The work done was professional and efficient. Simply put, if you're in the Beaches, DrainWorks is the way to go. I highly recommend them. Mike and Eric know the meaning of customer service.

    Basement sink and laundry backing

    Thanks to Armando. Fast response - it took only half hour to arrive after call. Clear work - fixed all problems, tested system, gave advices, explained everything in details.

    Plugged, cracked drain trap

    We cant thank Mike and Eric and the rest of the crew that repaired our drain problem.They explained everything thoroughly to us.The workmanship was exceptional and everything was left very clean. Thanks for having such competent staff. Ken
