I found Drape Master on the web. I contacted Cyndi, via email to ask several questions and she responded to all my questions very quickly in a polite and professional manner. When we brought the drapes in, I was greeted by several friendly and helpful people who looked at the drapes and assured me that a good job could be done and it was. I highly recommend their service both for the quality of work done and helpfulness of the staff. Later I took in a kimono to be cleaned, once it was done, I received a call telling me what to expect when I picked it up as the silk fabric is quite delicate. I was again pleasantly surprised to see how well it turned out. I would use this company again.

I was extremely pleased with the service that I received from Drape Master!! They were very professional. They did a fantastic job at repairing my Roman Blinds. I would highly recommend them! In this busy world, it was great to deal with company and that offers door to door service! Love it! It is so hard to find companies these days that actually provide top notch customer service! We recently bought a loft in Toronto that has 18 ft. sheers and black out drapes. They must have been original with 13 years of soiled in dirt. Replacing them at this time was not my first choice and we were referred to this company by the lofts management. They cleaned and repaired the curtains to an unbelievable state...almost new. We were so happy with the results, service and employees that we called them back to clean the carpets also. A fantastic company that I will continue to use and refer to my friends and family.

I have recently had my window coverings and two rugs cleaned by Drape Master. From the onset ,the service has been exceptional. The staff that came to my home to remove and explain the services to the gentlemen that returned to rehang my shades were excellent! The shades and carpet are like new!

We are thrilled by the services provided by Drapemaster. They did an amazing job cleaning our shears and blinds. Cindy and Don were extremely helpful and professional. They definitely went way "above and beyond" in every way. I we were so pleased with their work that we asked them if they clean upholstery too. Thrilled to hear that they provide this service too.

Drape Master cleaned my custom made silk living room and dining room drapes. The communication was excellent and the drapes came back as good as new. I would highly recommend them for a similar service.

I found this company on HomeStar, and I am so glad I used their service. They did a great job. Came in, measured all my blinds, it took guy (Don) 10 minutes to give me a quote, and when he gave me a good rate, I told him right away to take all my living room blinds for cleaning. Blinds came out looking like new. It took one week to bring them back, but they washed them w water, iron them and did an EXCELLENT job. They also cleaned my carpet. Another guy (George) came in to clean 3 couches that we have, in beige color, and they were full of stains bcse I have 3 small kids, and all three sofas look like brand new now. I paid by Credit Card when the job was done. If you are thinking to clean Hunter Douglas Blinds, don't use companies that they recommend because they are not good at all. Drape Master is the PERFECT company for all the cleaning needs. They even clean mattresses. GREAT SERVICE, REASONABLE PRICES, OVERALL, GREAT JOB.

We contacted Drape Master on a recommendation from our design consultant to have our blinds cleaned. I was not even aware that they could be cleaned. They immediately replied and suggested that we could get a significant discount if we did the drop off and pick-up ourselves. The results were amazing. The blinds look like new. I would use their service again.
