    replaced side door

    My side entrance leading into the laundry room has been drafty and the laundry room cold for years. I had used Encore for window replacements 8 years earlier and have been very pleased with their service and product so called Dave re what to do with this side entrance. We agreed to replace this door with one that fits correctly , he did the measurements and had them rechecked by his installers then ordered the door. It was installed last week by Mike & Michael ...they did an amazing job........very efficient and quick...no mess.... an overall great job, and the door looks wonderful. Now the room is noticeably warmer with no drafts at all..........Thanks Encore for another great job. Helen, in Mississauga

    Bay Window Installation

    Windows are in! They look great. The installation guys are amazing. They got here early, worked efficiently, cleaned up beautifully and even helped me to re-attach my blinds. I'm very pleased! Thank you. Marlene

    Silence is golden

    Recently, the TTC threw a big old curve to our neighbourhood with a new track to turn its streetcars in the East end of town. The screeching and clunky-clunk-clunk from the new bend turned life upside down in our previously quiet part of town. That was until Encore arrived on the scene. The quiet has returned thanks to Mike and his problem-free, reliable crew. I highly recommend the Bquiet windows to shut out unwanted noise pollution.

    Windows for entire home

    Encore replaced all the windows at my 75 year old mothers house. The crew were extremely professional, efficient and respectful. They left no mess. Did a great job all around and completed the project in less than two days. Encore also did the rear sliding door a few years ago and that was also a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this company

    windows installation

    I got these windows for a commercial property. The rooms face a busy street and the windows cut the noise significantly. The soundproofing is very good. However we had an issue with the windows. After a year of use, the tenant found the windows would not prop up. I reported the issue and the window hooks were replaced. Mike the owner was personally involved in getting this fixed.

The props that were used on the initial installation were our old model. we found that over time those hooks and springs would start to erode the inner chamber of the prop. We have since updated the product and believe you will have a much stronger and effective product going well into the future.

    Great product and services for windows and doors

    We had Encore do our windows and backdoor in our kitchen in July. Our salesperson Anthony was friendly and efficient and able to advise us on the right products at the right price. The installers were professional, respectful, polite and did a fine job with the installation. We have used Encore in the past for all of our doors and windows and have recommended them to family.

    sound proof windows

    Encore provides an excellent product (bqueit windows). The installation of the windows and service was also excellent. The company is reliable and does a great job. I would recommend them.

    Replacement Basement Windows

    The service industry almost always disappoints, I have had bad experience after bad experience lately, but finally - a service provider that actually does exactly what they contract to do. In my case, since its a rental home, I had a tight budget and was going to compromise on the quality of the window installation. Encore insisted on doing the job right, offered a very fair price, and completed the work on time, with excellent quality. I would highly recommend Encore Windows to my family and friends.

    windows (entire house)

    They did a great job. No pressure sales...just laid out the info and were very informative and educational (and patient). The installers were timely and personable...and good! Very satisfied with the product and service.

    Windows- new and replacements & soundproofing

    We had 3 projects done. First year sound proofing for skylight to cut out overhead plane noise in midtown, very effective. Second project 2 years latter a window put in, did a fantastic job matching leaded glass design on other windows in house, as well matching as window casings. This year replaced a bedroom door onto balcony with a window matching casings and moldings. In all cases very skilled clean and efficient work by crews.
