We bought storm doors from Encore over a year ago. We needed a small part and it was delivered to our home quickly and without any problems. It's nice to deal with a company that stands behind it's products and delivers great customer service!!!

Encore replaced all our windows in 3 stages. They advised me on which windows were the best suited. We are very impressed with the noise reduction and efficiency archived with the triple glazed windows we had installed in the front of our home. Thank you encore for everything!

Encore replaced all my main floor windows and did a great job. Hats off to the team at Encore for being very clean and installing my windows in about 2 days as agreed. After having contracted with Encore three times over the past 4 years, we feel qualified to state that they are a great organization to deal with. Friendly, on-time and efficient personnel - sales (Anthony and Mike) and installation (Michael) - whose goal is to leave you satisfied. They sell very solid products that will last over time. We will not hesitate to call upon them in the future.

Michael and assistant Michael who did my installation were very professional, extremely tidy, prompt, and polite. Installation was executed extremely well and Anthony followed up with a call to make sure I was satisfied.

From the customer service dept, sales staff and the installation crew the work was amazing including clean up, disposal and follow up. I highly recommend Encore Windows and Doors for anyone interested in having any such work completed.

Encore has done almost all our windows, with few more soon. About year ago they installed the most beautiful front door you ever seen. It has made a huge difference to our house, esthetically and temperature wise. We would only go to Encore for our doors and windows!

I referred Encore in the past with great success and knew that I had a reliable window and door company. When it came time with an important client who needed the work done in a specific time frame, I became a little nervous as I know the possible hiccups that occur. Hiccups did happen but in the end the work was completed in the required time frame. Thanks again Encore and I look forward to another project.

Quality product, expert installation and you know that old saying "we are not happy until you are happy" - well, that describes Encore. We have had all house windows replaced over the years and four entry doors. Two of the windows were made bigger than the originals and the result was beautiful..

Encore came to do my patio door and basement windows and were absolutely first rate. David, the sales rep was excellent. He was very knowledgable about his product, carefully explaining everything to us in detail without every getting pushy or trying to sell us on something we didn't want. The basement windows were not an easy job. The technician sent spent 1.5 days in the cold and wind, completing the installation. It was so cold that I told him he could come back to finish another day, but he was committed to finishing the job and finishing it right. My experience with this company was very, very good.
