We live in a condo in a vibrant neighbourhood in downtown Toronto. Bars and restaurants abound, including a large patio two floors below one bedroom window, and a lane full of recycling bins outside the other. The windows are large. Our search for an alternative to earplugs at night led us to laminated glass inner windows, which led us to Encore. Encore was responive, professional and straight forward. They told us to expect an 80% reduction in noise, but it's much better than that. We literally hear nothing. The inner windows are custom made to match the outer ones, and look great. Fantastic investment, we would recommend Encore without hesitation.

It was my first time purchasing windows and I went in very green. Anthony looked after the project, he was very thorough and informative. The installation crew was tidy and efficient, Most importantly the price was competive and the product was worth the money. I would recommend Encore to anyone looking to upgrade there windows. Not only did they provide a quote very quickly but it was also very competitive compared to the other quotes we recieved from competitors. First and foremost , you were there for us since the first day we called the office to book a free of charge on site estimation ,consulation and presentation of the windows and Doors Products.You have exhibited high knowldege of the products and used your insights /recommendations to proactively respond and meet our long term needs. You have been working tiresslesly to constantly answer every question, concern we had regarding the products ( including all details, features, parts and installation procedures)via the phone , intermnet or in person visit.It is also important to point out that, Upon completion of the job, you visited with us and inspected the whole work , making sure that everything was done as per the original proposal. On the other hand , the two window's specialist/installer(s)s Mike and Patrick did an amazing job finishing the whole project within two business days! It is worth to mention that tear out installation and installing casement windows( inside-out) is a huge project! Since the commencement of the project till its completion, they have exhibited high level of professionalism, working in a very timely and efficient manner. Their first priority , was the neatness and cleanness of the work area together with the disposal of the rubbish.It is amanizing the fact that, after leaving the site everything was so neat and clean! Mike and Patrick possess a sophisticated knowledge of installation techinques and are very precise and professional by completing the project as per the original proposal. We were also very impressed by the fact that they were always on time and very respectful for the house ( very careful for the walls , floors and surroundings). We have been receiving a lot of compliments on the windows and well done job by neighboors, friends , family members, even people that happened to visit our street at that time! Encore Windows is the best. I obtained 4 quotes, all Homestars members, 3 of which were competitive with respect to punctuality for home visits, quality of quotes, products offered and price. What set Encore apart was their no nonsense, no pressure and no gimmicks sales approach. Diane was my contact for sales. She was patient and promptly answered many, many, questions until I could decide what I wanted. She was even gracious enough to meet me last minute and unexpectedly in the showroom one Saturday morning (even though the night before I had cancelled our appointment anticipating that a family emergency would keep me away). The installation went very well albeit it took a little longer than anticipated partly due to very frigid weather but this didn't prevent the guys from working weather well below zero. Mike and Patrick worked long hours, even on Christmas Eve, and at the end of each day, took time and care to clean up. They were very respectful of my property as well as any concerns that I brought to their attention. I have a newfound appreciation for how much work and skill is involved in replacing windows and especially exterior doors in a house. The new front door is so beautiful that numerous neighbours have approached me and offered compliments. And I know that after-sales service will be worry free because while my installation was underway, Mike was approached by a neighbour to adjust a storm door that Encore had installed a while back (and he took the time to go and deal with it). Nice to see a company take pride in all aspects of their businsess.

My husband and I bought a house in Leslieville two years ago, the house wasn’t a complete fixer upper, but it did need some work. Our project this year was curb appeal - we worked away at fixing our garden and redoing our front porch, but something was still missing. We contacted Encore Home Improvements to have them quote out a new front Door. Anthony was extremely professional and very prompt; their quote was also very competitive. After reviewing a few quotes’ we decided to go ahead with Encore, the installers were also prompt and VERY clean. We were very impressed with Encore’s service and our new door has given our house a much needed facelift!!

Mike came to my home in Kleinburg and replaced a large livingroom window, and corner windows. He then recently came to my new home and very promptly had a broken, very beat up storm door replaced. Mike is a member of our BNI group in Markham (The Marketeers) and we always enjoy his one-minute sales presentation. He is truly a nice person all around - very professional, I would recommend him anytime, and have done so twice - one who actually had her windows done. Thank you Mike.

Encore Windows provided an obviously higher quality product that made sense for our home. Although sometimes a little confusing Encore took the time to make me an educated buyer, explaining more than any other company about why different windows were needed for different exposures. The workmanship was very good and they were able to customize some very tricky hurdles that may have otherwise been a real sticking point. Looking back I don't think the other companies I engaged would have satisfied us with respect to all the custom siding work. Any problems that arose were quickly resolved by Diane. Having one person to deal with all matters was a huge plus. Thanks Encore. I am still getting compliments on my front door as the product and workmanship was second to none. Margaret Eskins

If you choose Encore Home Improvements you have made the right choice. George is a great installer and does a magnificent job. Dave the salesman is very patient, takes pride in his work, and pays attention to detail. He is a man of integrity and takes responsibility for his actions. Encore did a great job installing windows, a door, and an operable side light with an invisible screen…. resulting in a wonderful porch enclosure. I would highly recommend them and intend to use them for future projects.
