We recently changed all of the windows in the house. We chose Encore becasue we knew many people who have used them in the past and were extremely happy with their service and products. We have always had an issue with controlling the temperature in our home. Most of the windows in the house face west and we tend to get a lot of sun in the afternoon which heats the house up intensely...needless to say AC in the summer doesn't help. We told Encore about this problem and along with the energy efficient windows we wanted they reccommended a product that would help solve our over heating issue in the summer and help keep the heat in the house in the winter...and it didn't even cost us extra. This summer we saved on our energy bills because we didn't need to keep the AC running all day long...I can't wait to see how much our heating bills will decrease this winter. Not only were the sales people great to deal with....the installers were fantastic. They cleaned up after themselves and their installations were flawless. I would reccommend Encore to everyone I know.

They are easy, fast and so clean. Our windows withstood Tornadoes! What more can you ask for? When we are ready to do the rest of our windows, we will totally call them! And of course, recommend them to others.

Encore did a fantastic job of replacing our patio door and we do recommend them very highly! We wanted an energy efficient door with wheelchair access for our patio door. This was the 2nd replacing of this door. I use a wheelchair to get around. The first company's replacement door was energy efficient, but would have broken with the weight of the wheelchair. Encore solved the problem wonderfully! They replaced the sliding door with a custom garden door in the existing opening, which is truly beautiful. It also has built-in wheelchair accessibilty. They then also replaced another of our older sliding patio doors with that same new one they just took out. What we thought was a 5 month old patio door meeting it's untimely demise and headed for the dump. But no!!! Thanks to the talented people at Encore, we now have exactly what we needed to accomodate me and my wheelchair on the back patio and our 5 month old sliding door now installed as our side patio door. Our contact person at Encore was Anthony and I'd like to express our heartfelt thanks to both Anthony and Encore's wonderfully talented and efficient team of installers. Needed to replace one storm door and install a second. Doors not standard size, could not buy at Home Depot or Rona. Home Depot does not do custom installs. Job done by Encore; had one small problem, they came next day to fix it. Professional and pleasant to deal with.

Last summer my wife and I purchased a third floor condominium in Toronto's St. Lawrence Market area. Upon moving in we realized that the street noise from a neighboring restaurant caused a problem. In searching for a solution we found Encore Windows & Doors' sound reduction windows. We had the sound reduction windows installed. The reduction in noise has been amazing. We no longer experience any problems of street noise or noisy restaurant patrons. We do highly recommend the sound reduction system and Encore Windows and Doors.

Encore Home Improvements - great group of talented people. They worked with me on different types of windows and the pro's and con's to my questions regarding what was best for my home. Their suggestions were well appreciated. I took "most" of their advice and am now thrilled. My new windows and doors look terrific. After doing extensive research Encore delivered just like they said. There salespeople and installers were so professional and answered all my needs. The quality of there product and installation is exactly what they promised.I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Encore was amazing they came and quoted on my front entrance door system and explained in detail what had to done and the quality of there door system. I received 3 other quotes and nobody wanted to take the time like Encore. There not the cheapest but are very reasonable. Remember you can't put a price on peace of mind.
