I contacted Excel Shades and got in touch with Carmela. They provided california shutters for my home over 10 years ago and they still look great Today, so i reach out to them again to get blinds for my office.
Carmela visited, asked what my budget was, did a rough measurement, and recommended what she thought would look good. Once i agreed, a gentleman came a day or two later to verify the measurement and let me know when the blinds would be arriving. The price was right, the blinds arrived on schedule, and a young and very nimble installer took less than an hour to remove the old vertical blinds and install the new ones.
I absolutely love them, they look fantastic and i'd recommend Excel Shades to anyone whose interested in getting high quality products at a low price. I read some negative things online while searching for excel's number but i know that some people are hard to please and post ridiculous things just to make themselves feel better... don't let those false impressions stop you from getting great service! Take a look at my pictures, doesn't it look sharp! So thrilled :-)
