Had a great experience with Fibre Protection, I had just finished renovating my home and my family was coming to stay with me during the holidays. I knew Jeff would be very busy (and he was) but he made time to come to my home and Scotch Guard my sectional just in time for my family to arrive. He did a great job and I would recommend this company to any and everyone.

Jeff was professional, thorough, punctual and gave me the tools and instruction to keep my couch and rug protected.

Jeff and team are exceptional and bring a class of personalized service that has been lost. They got bad stains out of both chairs and carpet that I had thought were beyond cleaning. Earned our trust and will use again.

Jeff and his team did an excellent job extracting the love our family dog lavishes on our rugs. They are light colours and partially silk (w/wool) and they come back like new. Jeff is passionate about his service and keen to hear from his customers. They also cleaned the family‘S (incl dog’s) favourite couch! Also like new. Bravo. This is our second major cleaning and I recommend Fibre Protection to anyone with a prized rug that needs TLC.

Jeff and his team did an amazing job on our sofas, carpets, and sheepskin rug. As a mom of 3 kids, you can just imagine what they looked like: When they were completed they looked like new. Jeff and his team were passionate, professional, reasonably priced, on time, and reliable. I would definitely hire them again. In fact, I am now because I have a few more items to clean.

I recently had work done on a rug that was not only very dirty but also had a number of spots on it, including some spots which had been bleached. Jeff and his team did a terrific job, particularly in getting the bleached areas to match the colour of rest of the rug (light green). Unless you knew where the spots had been you wouldn’t be able to tell they had been there. The overall cleaning of the rug was great as well. It was an expensive job but worth every penny of it.

Amazingly effective cleaning service with technicians that worked very hard. Probably on the somewhat more expense side, but we were very happy to see how well they cleaned some heavily soiled furniture and carpets. Both our white sofas look brand new.

Thank you Jeff and Bonnie and your team for making this such a worry free day for me with the excellence of your experience. My dog and I are dedicated to you. I have worked with Fibre Protect for the last 15 years and I am writing because I can't believe how they have helped me maintain my furniture in my home and in my cottage. Over the years I have had to call for spot checks and their service is incomparable. Their work is undeniably the best. Their Pet Stain Remover makes me feel so safe because even my grandchildren and my dog can be near this product. Thanks for always being there for us.

What a pleasure it was to work with Jeff and his team! I was so unhappy to receive a dirt-stained, custom new sofa and Fiber Protection Services (FPS) quickly changed that for me! From Jeff's prompt response to my service request on a Friday evening, Saturday phone call explaining their value offering, Monday morning sofa spot clean/fabric protection treatment and Jeff's Monday afternoon service follow-up call, I couldn't be happier! The FPS technician's high level of professionalism, punctuality and thoroughness has left me with a gorgeous clean sofa that's protected against inevitable future spills and stains.
