Jeff & Rob of Fiber Protect did an excellent job cleaning & protecting a house full of rugs, carpets, couches, chairs, pillows & cushions. My house has never been so fresh! These guys are miracle workers in my books. I had them protect my upholstery & area rugs a couple of years ago after I got a puppy. What a good decision. My dog regularly gets an upset tummy, and throws up on the rugs, the furniture, my bed....never the hardwood floor. Fiber Protection's spot cleaning service gets the stains out every time, even when they're a couple months old. Highly recommend. As an aside the cost estimate was to clean several large area rugs, and protect all the rugs and upholstery in a 3 story house.

I want to thank Fiber Protection and Bonnie and Jeff for picking up my rugs and returning them so beautifully after all the dog problems and wine as well. The colours of my rug came alive again and it looks like new. I am so happy. They are efficient, caring and the best work results you will ever find. We had our sofa and 2 large area rugs cleaned recently. Services were quick and efficient, turnover time was s and the technicians were professional, friendly and punctual. Super recommend!

I started working with Fiber Protect in 1999. Over the years, their annual cleaning and protection of my upholstery, carpets, and area rugs, have been instrumental in maintaining my homes. With children, cats and dogs, occasionally there are stains too stubborn to come out, so I have needed to call their After Care Spotting Service. They are quick to respond and to work their magic on those stains! Thank you, Jeff, and your team for your continual excellent service. I highly recommend them!

With 2 cats, 2 young children and a recent move we have had lots of need for rug and furniture cleaning. Jeff and his team have always been fantastic to work with, including being responsive, follow-up, and full service pick up and drop off. We would highly recommend them.

Jeff and his team brought my Persian carpets back to life. I had used other carpet cleaning services in Toronto over the years, but after Fibre Protect cleaned the rugs I could really see the original colors. This team really knows what they are doing: they are careful, their prices are reasonable and their work is always on time. I recommend Fibre Protect without any reservation.

Jeff’s guys did a great job cleaning and protecting my sectional and area rug. The couch cushions took several rounds to come up to the best possible result. His team pulled out the stops to return everything in time for a party we were hosting. I will definitely use them regularly in future to keep on top of things. They also do a range of cleaning products Jeff does encourage you to purchase these. They all seem to work well but can add extra costs

We were moving houses and Jeff was so accommodating to ensure that we had our sofas cleaned and protected as soon as they arrived at the the new house. Both Arman and Paul were at our house to protect our sofas and marble top. Our rugs that came from Europe were thoroughly cleaned to perfection and satisfaction. So my overall is 10 for excellence. Highly recommended. :-)
