We chose Fieldstone to replace an old, dated window in the front of our home. It is the main window in the upper facade of the house, so is really important to the "look" of the home. It's a 100+ year old wooden home, and we wanted to replace the large, single unit picture window with something that would be more in keeping with the original character of the home, as well as increase airflow through this south-facing window. The sales team at Fieldstone were extremely helpful in explaining our options to us, and helping us make good choices both in terms of construction of the window unit, and in terms of the various style options. The window arrived on time, was installed quickly and easily and with absolutely no mess or disruption to our home. We LOVE the new window. It completely changes the look of the entire home and is a huge improvement. Amazing how much one window can do to change the look of a house! Thanks Fieldstone!

We had our back doors and kitchen windows replaced by the team at Fieldstone. Our designer recommended them as a trusted vendor and I am happy she did. The team arrived on time and even with some rainy weather they got the entire job done in one day. Highly professional and respectful to say the. And once they were gone there was practically no trace of and materials or garbage left. Highly recommend Fieldstone Windows and Doors. Great Job

We felt we were in good hands with Fieldstone right from the first site visit from Ken, who was with us every step of the way. And we can't thank our installers enough for the beautiful work they did on the installation and trimwork. Words like conscientious and professional come close to describing them, but still don't quite capture just how confidence-inspiring their work and demeanour were. Worth every penny.

In an era where good customer service can be hard to find, my experience with Fieldstone has proven that there are still companies out there that prioritze customer statisfaction. Everyone we dealt with from sales, office staff, installers and the owner, were professional, kind and knowledgeable. We had a couple of minor hiccups, and Fieldstone's committment to resolving things was evident in their willingness to go the extra mile to rectify the situation. If attention to detail, excellent product, and comittment to customer satisfaction is important to you, I highly reccoment Fieldstone Windows.

NOTE: After reaching out to Fieldstone Windows and posting the following review, the owner of the company did visit my house and take a look at the issues. The repairs were made shortly thereafter by a skilled tradesman and I would now consider the service to be satisfactory. Fieldstone windows started off great and the windows they installed were well done. They did leave quite a mess in my garden however with bits of metal etc. The doors took an extremely long time to arrive due to COVID which is common and understandable. However, Fieldstone still held on to a large amount of our funds for many months and then expected payment before the job was completed and a quality check occurred. I found this unprofessional. The worst was the state they left the trim around the interior of the door frame. I know plaster is difficult but at least make an attempt to repair or cut the trim to the right size to cover the holes. I called Rose the sales rep and she said "ya, plaster does that". Not the answer I was hoping for. I can't go along with the other excellent reviews unfortunately. I would not recommend. Very overpriced for the service and quality.

What an amazing experience from this company, The Sales rep Rose was fantastic and even though i think i know what I'm doing she made some design suggestions that made all the difference. he quality of the door is over and above what i am used to ( have used three different companies in the past) The modern lines and mechanisms and hardware are top notch. The support team and installation was so smooth they cleaned up after and it looks amazing so happy

I had used Fieldstone Windows & Doors in the past for replacement of my front entry door & front windows. I was extremely satisfied with the whole process & the transformation to the curb appeal of my home was amazing! Therefore when I was ready to replace old garden doors with new sliding doors, I had no hesitation in contacting Fieldstone again for this project. Once again, I experienced excellent customer service from the whole team. Everyone I dealt with, from the office staff to the final installation, were respectful, knowledgeable & very helpful. I am delighted with the finished project.

They sell quality products and I am very satisfied with the windows and doors they installed on my home. The windows are the perfect sleek design we were looking for, and the door is exactly what we imagined. I would definitely work with Fieldstone again and I recommend them.
