    Sunroom Renovation

    We are repeat customers. We returned to Fieldstone to provide us with windows for a glass enclosed sunroom. The planning and pre-installation was exemplary. The product was excellent and the installation was meticulous. Highly recommended.

    New Living room and kitchen windows

    This is the second time that we have dealt with Rose and Monika @ Fieldstone (the first time was for a new front door and side entrance window). In this last instance we had new dining room and kitchen windows installed. Their quote was competitive and the installation work was very good with the installer also ensuring that the site was cleaned up after the work had been completed. Rose and Monika are very easy to deal with and we are very happy with the results! Thanks again Fieldstone for a great job! TobyS.

    Two Exterior Doors

    This was my 2nd project with Fieldstone. The first was in 2009 and was a full replacement of windows and doors which were all fantastic. After a recent move to Hamilton, I checked to see if they would come out to install a new front and side door which was no problem. The doors have been installed and they are beautiful. The workmanship of the trim is perfect. It has been a pleasure to work with Ken, Rose, Monika and the install team.

    Window installation

    We had a wonderful experience with Fieldstone windows from the beginning to the end. Rose was friendly and warm, she has a talent in customer service. Oleg installed our windows with his assistant and they were both very considerate and tidy workers. Even though it must have been cold to work through Oleg stayed until the job was done properly right down to custom fitting the mill work on the inside of the windows. Thank you Fieldstone !

    Installation of Patio Doors and Windows

    Fieldstone Windows & Doors was a real pleasure to work with. Monika was very patient and understanding with our delays and always available to help. Upon installation, Fieldstone even returned on a Saturday to complete the work. I would certainly recommend them for any window or patio door installation.

    Updated windows

    I hired Fieldstone windows to replace the last of the original windows in our house. We did an extensive addition 2 years ago and used Strassburger windows. Love them! When we were ready to change out the rest of the house windows, we chose Fieldstone. We were able to match exactly the new part of the house and the end result is great. The install that Fieldstone did was superior to the one that our contractor did. All of the windows are very smooth to operate. The installers were very friendly as well as knowledgable.

    Screens that dont fit

    I put 9 new windows in my house fieldstone windows . I had trouble with my screens They bulged out and bugs come in. For years I kept phoning. Now they want nearly 200 (, 100 for each screen ) Delay so now I have to pay

    Hello Marylynn, I am sorry for your frustration. We installed your windows about 5 years ago and have no record of your complaint until this year. The manufacturers warranty is only for the 1st year on insect screens. I can ask for special consideration on your behalf. If we are able to provide your with the 2 screens - you would need to come and pick them up at our warehouse. Please call me on my cell and we can work out the details.     Replacement Windows

    I had my main floor windows and sliding door replaced by Fieldstone Windows & Doors Ltd and am extremely satisfied with both the product and service that I received. Rose, Monika and Ken were all very friendly, professional and honest from the start and they all did a wonderful job setting expectations and meeting deadlines. The installers, Gevorg and Nikita, were courteous and diligent. Combined, this team made the overall process a very pleasurable and satisfying one. Lastly, my windows exude quality and beauty! I would highly recommend Fieldstone Windows & Doors Ltd.

    Beyond My Expectations

    The owner Ken came out to do the final measurements. Fantastic guy, very patient with all my questions and help guide me through the decisions. The window quality is AMAZING! Installation was efficient and clean. I back on to a GO Train track. We used to hear the train at all hours. Now... almost silent! Many thanks to Ken (owner) Monica (in the office) and Ted my fantastic installer. I would defiantly recommend Fieldstone windows to everyone.

    Tilt & Open window

    The team at Fieldstone came and measured the opening and recommended the best style and quality of window for the space. They expertly installed the window and it looks great!
