I needed windows really badly and I got quite a few quotes from local companies. The prices were good with the others but they didn't seem to really care about the job. I got a bad feeling from them. So, when I found Fieldstone Windows and how they seemed to pay attention to my concerns and suggest ways to improve the look of my home, I was thrilled. They replaced the windows and it looks great. Their attention to detail was fantastic and when they left, you couldn't even tell they had been here, except for the great new windows. I can't wait to find out how much money I save on heating this winter, too. All good!!!

I'd like to offer some of my comments with our recent experience with Fieldstone Windows & Doors. Sales: Rose was excellent. I contacted Fieldstone early in the process of finding replacement windows when I was just starting to research things. Rose was extremely patient with all our questions and back and forth changes that were needed along the way as we eventually figured out exactly what we wanted. Rose was a pleasure to work with and never gave us any pressure, she let us take our time to decide things and be comfortable. Installation: The installation was excellent. Before signing with Fieldstone, I read through all the customer reviews that I could find on the internet. Every single review was raving with a 10 out of 10 - it was quite difficult to believe. Well I can say now that it is TRUE. What impressed me the most was the installers took the time to pay attention to the details in their workmanship. They were not rushing to get the job done as fast as possible as is usually the case, instead they were paying attention to doing the job well. Excellent experience overall and I will definitely be recommending Fieldstone to others.

Our windows were installed today and they look beautiful. We're especially thrilled with how the new kitchen window turned out. Dave suggested a particular style that complements the other windows in the house and is such a great improvement over what we had. The window looks huge now and we have a beautiful unobstructed view of the garden (while washing dishes). Thanks!

Dear Ken Simpson: I wanted to take a few moments to express my sincere gratitude for a job that was well done. I had my back sliding door replaced by Fieldstone Windows yesterday and I must say your installers were not only friendly and kind, but very neat with the work they were doing. During this past year, I have had a lot of work done to my home because of the bad storm which hit the area in June and I must say the Fieldstone Window installers were by far the best workers I have seen in a long time. The two gentlemen that came were originally from Russia and we had a great conversation while they were performing the work. It is so great to see such enthusiasm in workers who took pride in the job they were performing. I have had Fieldstone install new windows in my home a few years back and it was a pleasant surprise to find a company who stood by their commitment for minor repairs. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Rose the sales representative and Tandi in the office for being so kind and courteous. I have never been more impressed by a company. Professional, reliable and the installation was flawless. I was so glad to be rid of my old windows. The new ones were gorgeous and easy to clean and open and close. The crew was very friendly and when they left, the place was spotless. I was so pleased. I would definitely recommend Fieldstone Windows to my friends and family (and to anyone) for quality windows and great service. No worries here.

We replaced all of the windows and doors in our house with Ken and co. at Fieldstone Windows and Doors. Few glitches to start, but nothing that could not have happened with any other company. What stands out is that all issues that we had (door issue a year later) were dealt with professionally not out of our pockets *gasp*. The only reason I do not give them a 5 that some of the issues that were fixed could have been caught earlier and the office personnel drives me wacky. However, Ken addressed what needed to get fixed when most others would have left us hanging. We love our results. We get tonnes of compliments on our installation and products. We totally recommend the company!

We had Fieldstone Windows replace all of our windows and one sliding glass door. Ken was great with letting us know the different options we had for manufacturers. We had some technical questions about the windows and he called the manufacturer right then and they answered all of our questions. Their pricing was very good for the high quality of product we received. The installation was excellent and on time even with the tight time line we gave him. The installers left the house tidy at the end of every day. We had a couple of minor problems which they solved including having the manufacturer come out to fix. Over all the experience was excellent and the windows look great. We have recommended them too many friends.

I shopped for a company to replace my windows for some time. I had a laundry list of requirements: I wanted aluminum clad wood windows, I wanted a particular colour, I wanted a bay window built where there was just a regular window previously (with a sit-down bench to read on), and I had several shaped windows to replace. After almost a year of searching I had not found anybody who could do what I wanted. It wasn't that they couldn't do it for a price I could live with, it was that there was just nobody who could even give me a quote on what I wanted to do. While watching Sarah's Farmhouse one day I noticed that the windows were done by a company called Fieldstone and on a whim I decided to look them up. Am I glad I did that! From the moment I started talking with the sales staff I knew I had the right place. Dave, our salesman, didn't bat an eye when I told him what I was looking for. It took him a couple of days but he was able to quote everything I was looking for. In the end the price tag was high but I didn't have to sacrifice anything that I was looking for. The installation crew arrived on time the day they were to begin, and right from the start I had a good feeling. They put out drop cloths and runners everywhere, and immediately went to work removing our old windows quickly and efficiently. Each day they cleaned up and left our house in good shape for our family to live in (of course our furniture was pulled away from the walls but you have to make some concessions during renovations). Their trim work was stellar and exceeded my expectations, and honestly the caulking looks like it was done by a machine, not a person. All in all, I think Fieldstone was the best renovation decision I've ever made.

My recent window installation was done in a very professional manner using a quality product. When I do the rest of the windows, I won't hesitate to have Fieldstone do the job.

Just a note to say that we are very satisfied with both the service and the quality of windows we received from Fieldstone Windows and Doors. From the knowledgeable sales staff, to the skilled installers and the courteous and efficient receptionist, we felt that we were well looked after throughout the entire process. After approaching several window companies, it became clear that your company was most experienced in the installation of windows in our century home. The solid brick construction made the installation particularly difficult, but the end result was truly exceptional. Alex & Carolyn
