Dear Ken Simpson, I'm writing to express my complete satisfaction with Fieldstone Windows' job of replacing 7 windows in my 90 year old house in downtown Toronto. From first inquiry call, to completion of the installation, I found the service to be top notch. Your sales staff was friendly and helpful, your prices were reasonable, and the installation crew were great. Evgeny (and his assistant, Slava) were very professional. They were prompt, finished the job when they said they would, and cleaned up after they were done. I already can feel the difference in the house, and they look beautiful. In short, I would recommend your company unequivocally to anyone who is looking to replace windows in their house. Thank you for your excellent service.

We had all of our windows and one set of French doors replaced by the folks at Fieldstone in 2009. As with any project this big there were a few complications, but they worked hard to sort out any problems. The windows are beautiful and work perfectly. We had one ongoing issue with a mysterious little leak that only happened once or twice a year when the wind blew hard from the east. They happily came back and tried to figure it out and finally realized it was not their work at all, but an existing small roof on a bay window. They fixed it anyway and did not even charge us for the repair. We were all so happy to have the mystery of the little leak solved. Overall we found the quality of their product outstanding and their service amazing. We would happily use them again or recommend them to anyone.

My recent experience with Fieldstone has and continues to be very good! Dave is absolutely amazing, patient and flexible! He always accommodating to my schedule and comes up with style ideas I never considered. In addition he finds solutions for limited budgets without lowering quality and service. I always enjoy working with Dave! The employees who installed my windows were on-time and fairly clean. They always cleaned the immediate area but at times neglected to clean areas where the dust and or debris spread to. Also some debris was left on my property that I had to call the office and inform so it could be removed. However the installation process was smooth and done on a timely basis. The one disappointment I have is that the colours did not a direct match to the other windows fieldstone has installed previously as another manufacturer was used. We did find the closest match but I wish it was the same colour as my other windows to ensure colour consistency. Overall, I'm pleased with the service and workmanship of Fieldstone windows. I would give this overall experience a 8 out of 10. Since Fieldstone has replaced all the window in my home, I'm hoping they can help me with my front door and the wooden section below the windows you installed 2 years ago. I hope we can find some creative ways to adjust this and find a great front door for my home!

I just wanted to thank you for the delivery of very delicious and very cute cookies this past Friday. They were lovely with coffee as I looked out my new windows. The install team did a great, high quality job and were easy to have around the house. I love the windows and they have changed the house definitely for the better. I wanted to follow up with you and the team on installation of our new front door, particularly since we had a bit of a hard time with the installation delay and rebookings. Bottom line is we really love the new door and the installation work was exceptional. The crew did a tremendous job with both the door and the finishes. We have moved to our new home on December 13th and have been busy settling in and learning about the new area. We wanted to let you know how very happy we are with all of our new windows and front door combination. From the very beginning they literally took my breath away and transformed this circa 1935 home. The windows and leaded glass pattern we chose very much suited the era of the house. There is not a day goes by that we do not comment on them. The day they were installed our new neighbours literally came right over and commented on them, also our general contractor came by that week and was blown away by just how dramatic they were. Also the front door combination I believe had not been done before exactly like what we had chosen but it created a stunning effect and also floods the front hallway with so much light.

I would like to take a few moments to thank you for a job well done. I had 5 windows and 1 patio door replaced by Fieldstone last december. The installer did a wonderful job taking their time to do the job right. Upon completion of the work, they also took time in vacuuming the work area leaving it so neat. This is something beyond my expectation since with most renovation work, the place is usually dirty leaving the home owner with lots of cleaning job. Excellent experience overall, I would recommend Fieldstone to others.

We recently hired Fieldstone to replace the front door on our 105 year old Victorian home with a custom made african mahogany door. There were some delays in getting the door built and shipped to Toronto, and in scheduling the installation, but the quality of the door and the installation services was exceptional. We invested a lot of money to have a stand-out entrance and the Fieldstone product was well worth it. It makes a huge impact to have a high quality entrance to your home and we feel we have the nicest front door on the block!

Fieldstone is a pleasure to deal, we highly recommend them and Rose. They did an excellent job with our door replacement. We used Fieldstone to replace a very narrow and flimsy basement walk-out door, we also wanted a pet door installed. Other companies wouldn’t return our call or came to see the job, deemed it too difficult and we never heard from them again. Luckily a friend recommended Fieldstone, Rose coordinated the project from from beginning to end, she coordinated between the contractor (who needed to cut the foundation to make the opening wider) and the installers. Every step of the process was very professional, and Rose answered any questions we had promptly. The installers arrived on time and cleaned up the mess. The installation was difficult given the tight space, but it went off perfectly and the installers went above and beyond to ensure a perfect installation, they even stayed late on a Friday to make it happen. We are very satisfied with the quality of the door and installation, the pet door was also expertly installed. We are so happy we chose Fieldstone, it has definitely been our easiest home renovation to date. Everyone at Fieldstone and especially Rose, were a pleasure to deal with, I have no hesitations in recommending this company. If we ever replace any other doors/windows, they will be the first we call.
