    Complete roof Shingle Replacement

    Excellent job that exceeded expectations. The service from initial quote to finished roof was outstanding. Kudos to those contributing to the process like Bernadette who initiated our introduction to Gerrys Roofing, Greg who expertly carried out the internal and external pre and post roof inspections and the work estimates. Our visit to the office to review samples was informative and everyone involved such as Sarah and Ciara were friendly, courteous and efficient. As for the roofers, Bobbie & her crew were friendly, competent and kept us informed. They cleaned up at the end of the work day and took care to protect the landscaping and outside areas while removing existing shingles. The look of the finished product is great.

    Siding and insulation installation + eavestrough replacement

    Done nicely and on time. Randy and Shawn, the siding installers, paid attention to the details, answered all our questions, accommodated specific requests, and cleaned up the site every day. Kevin and Mike installed the eavestrough in no time. Greg, the Project Manager, found small cosmetic details during the inspection, which I didn't even see. I am impressed. Not your typical contractor experience!

    Skylights and the roof surrounding them

    I was very satisfied with the service provided by Gerry's Roofing. Every employee from the initial estimators to the schedulers to the installers to the final inspector was lovely and answered all my questions. They came when they said they were going to come, did quality work and followed up with a final inspection. I wish every company was as efficient and pleasant to work with.

    Great Installation Team

    Had a siding project done on my house. The installation team, Jake, Rod, and Paul were fantastic. They kept a consistent schedule, were friendly, and did a good job cleaning up the job site each day. They showed extra care by helping me investigate another related issue as well. Overall very impressed by the install team.

    Excellent Team and Work!

    This was our third time using Gerry's Roofing. When we decided on a new roof for the back half of our house, we hired Gerry's Roofing without hesitation. From start to finish, everyone that we met or talked to on the phone, were always pleasant and knowledgeable. Clean-up was amazing! Not a nail or any debris was left, especially on the driveway! We highly recommend Gerry's Roofing! The whole team was wonderful to work with!

    Smooth and pleasant experience

    I worked with Gerry's to replace all soffit, fascia and eavestroughs on a century home. From my first contact with Gerry's through to the finished project, everything was smooth, easy and seamless. The quoting process was detailed and Dave offered thoughtful suggestions which helped me focus my budget on the right things and where I would see the biggest impact. Will and Ciara made sure there was constant contact throughout so I always knew the plans and timing. Cody and Mike were my onsite team and they were fantastic. They were friendly, professional and had a very high level of pride in the work they were doing - even when the old house threw a couple of challenges in. They left the property spotlessly clean and tidy when done. Glad I chose Gerry's and would not hesitate to call them for future projects. The work significantly improved the curb appeal of my house - even more than I anticipated.

    Shed Roof

    The roof and the workmanship looks fine, I gave my business to you guys for one simple reason as you were not the cheapest quote. The reason was you were the only company out of dozens of quotes who actually showed up at my house, reviewed the work required, explained the options / product choices and this was critical to my decision. To make that time and show up in person is and was appreciated immeasurably.

    Roofing project

    Overall, a bad experience. There was an immense amount of communication towards me but none between people at the company: the foreman at my house and the project manager and the service rep didn't talk to each other at all. I had to explain some things three times to make sure everyone was on the same page. The original quote didn't include all the work. The first site visit from the manager added $7k of work. He insisted he did not need to look at the roof from inside. Then after two days of work my roof still leaked from a spot they already roofed over. After showing it to him from the inside he was able to identify and rectify the problem. There was drywall damage on the inside of my house done by our roofing crew. They patched it up on their dime, as they should. I still had to repaint the whole ceiling to hide the drywall patches though. It took 7 visits (and 2+ months) after the roof was laid to get the final details done. They offered to keep coming back but my house looks a lot worse in some areas because of workers' carelessness, so I said no thanks. Cleanup was so-so at best, we still find the occasional nail on our property. I used these reviews to choose Gerry's roofing. My experience definitely did not live up to the rating they have.

    Garage Roof

    We called Gerry's Roofing to have the shingles replaced on our detached garage roof. They were very polite and professional. Their communication in person (Greg and Paul), and from the office (Ciara) was excellent. We required wood to be replaced as well as the shingles. They provided photo evidence of the rotted wood and holes. Communication updates and invoicing was done quickly. The results were excellent. We are very happy with the job Cyle, Freddy, Dan and Brandon completed. We will use Gerry's Roofing again when it comes time to do our house's roof. Thank-you for a job well done.
