I purchased a door from them and the service was exceptionally great! They were very helpful and patient with my questions! Highly recommend them and their service! They were very knowledgeable too and not pushy for the sale.Well trained staff.

Had Home Depot install the flooring, but they weren't very good. Found out afterwards that it was their first time. They had to wait for a guy to bring their own compressor, then end up using ours

I've shopped at Home Depot on a number of occasions over the past several years. Lately I have noticed that there is a lack of knowledgable staff. This is a change from the home depot that for years advertised their qualified professionals. The selection of products is great and it is a very convenient place to shop but I think they need to hire more qualified sales people.

I walked into Home depot, the staff was great... they helped me bring all the floor to my truck. great experience. They filled me in on all the shades and colours of loors that they had. not to mentioned durability, thickness, and most importantly, they showed me how to maintain the hardwood floors.
