We were very satisfied by the level of attention, knowledge and dedicaiton of the staff in the store. The person who helped us to select the appliances was very patient and helpful, answering our questions and helping us make the right choice!

We recently bought a house in Scarborough, which had not been renovated in 40 years. A lot of work had to be completed and we were stressed out. That's when we started visiting the Home Depot very frequently. Home Depot made the renovation process easier for us. We found their customer service to be very exceptional on our first visit and we have been going there for the past two years. Everyone from all sections that we have visited (starting from the painting to the gardening section) were always ready to help us each time we visited and very informative. I have learned quite a lot from my visits to Home Depot and will continue going there as often as needed.

Purchased a Dwalt 12 volt drill- very statisfied. Customer service was good. Staff fairly knowledgeable. The location was very convienient. Ample parking spaces- also a Hravey's onsite if you get hungry looking around the huge store!

slow, i had some painting done by the home depot and they told me that they would call me on a certain day for a quote, it was weeks until I had heard from them and then when I did I had already had the job completed, I received a second call from them about the same thing about 10 months later

the paint specialist had exceptional customer service. She had full knowledge of the paint brands and recommended me what colour scheme would suit my colour preference. I found her opinion and product knowledge very useful and extremely helpful. Not only was she helpful she also help me through the whole process of on how to go about painting my room, with what equipment I would need in finishing my project. I was very satisfied with her service and she was very patient.

A few years ago when we purchased our first house we bought carpet from Home Depot on Eglington East. Initially, due to inaccurate measurement by home depot installer, we were charged for extra carpeting. Few attempts to rectify the problem fell on deaf ears - " can't really do anything about it now" - until I spoke to a person named Lance who listened to my problem and resolved the problem. He actually made me feel that I was dealing with a owner of a shop instead of a corporation where genuine complaints can be lost. Thanks Lance.
