They took care with moving our furniture and boxes - as well as ensuring they didn't touch any walls or trim in the process. Excellent service from the office staff with email communication and reminders right through to the moving team. The moving team was fast and efficient, never stopped working during the 5 hours except for a quick 5 min break each hour. Took great care in moving some heavy items like my piano and glass top dining room table. Except for a couple of minor scratches, nothing was damaged in the move. Thank you Jia Jia, you took the stress out of a stressful move for a very reasonable cost. Thank you to those 3 guys, we were pleasantly surprised by their strenght and efficiency. I would definitely Jia Jia again.

Recently moved with this company. They stated that the cost was $90/hr + 2 hrs travel time for them with a min 3 hr moving time. The movers arrived 10 min late. Truly, they worked well or the first 30 mins. I booked for 9 am and they arrived at 910 am. It then took them about 10 min to park set up and be ready to work. At 10 am the movers took a 20 min smoke break. I once again emailed the company to let them know that it was less than 1 hr since they arrived (50 min) and the movers had taken a break. The completely top floor was cleared given that there was not a lot of belongings to be moved. During the transport for which we did not take the highway, but a relatively straight road the speed limits were b/n 50 - 80 km. They had proposed to go on the highway, which is a 100 km/hr, but they were not able to find the address on their gps. They followed us instead, but were driving at some surprisingly low speeds. We actually videotaped the truck since it was somewhat funny at the time. 40 - 50km/hr in a 80 km stretch. I understand that they may have had to go somewhat slower due to the cargo, but I think this was excessive (they would have had to go a min on 95 km/hr on the highway). They then took another break after our arrival at the destination. I am not against anyone taking a break, but as their rep mentioned the customer should not be charged for this time, since it is not moving time. They then overcharged my estimate and told me to pay the amount before the unload was done. I paid. Then they did not want to give back the overcharged funds at the end and noted that it should be considered a “tip”. I emailed the company about this as well. I had no response from the company regarding my emails until I called them, yet they were very prompt with their replies prior to our dealings. I'm still awaiting some of their responses at this time.
