Reply created 25 Sep 2013Hey Mark, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I've checked with Customer care department and I think I know which case is yours. Unfortunately all claims has to be reported within 7 days after the move, and your claim report came in almost a month after. It's very hard for movers to recall what happened even if onsite visit occurred and insurance certainly won't cover after the time limit has passed. But I believe our Customer Care department is working on some compensations with you at the moment.
