    move

    Excellent work by both guys. Very helpful and courteous. Exceptional service. Would not go to another Mover, and no hesitation whatsoever in recommending to anyone looking for a mover.

    Residential move

    A small residential move. Arranged quickly, efficiently and all details and costs clearly explained at the time of booking. There were no surprises. Prices did not change, nothing hidden, open and accurate. We received a phone call to advise that the Movers were available ahead of time, and would this be convenient. That's great service in today's world. They were quick, efficient and the move could not have gone better. Thank You.

    Movers

    Extremely reliable and affordable moving company. Very professional. They took all the stress out of the move.

    Moving

    We went with Jia Jia because someone had recommended them, we were not disappointed. They were very nice and hardworking gentlemen. They did come around 30 mins late, but did call us to give us notice. They were also considerate of our items and wrapped them all in blankets. The layout of the apartment we moved out of was an awkward layout which made the move more difficult, they handled it all without any complaints. Would definitely recommend them.

    Very Satisfied

    The guys were punctual and polite. Considerate of my things. Would highly recommend. They were careful with each piece and never did I feel pressured. Just well looked after. I told 2 friends and so should you

    workers demand lunch and tip

    I hired Jia Jia to pack and move. They are slow packers and don't speak English. The day of the packing, the guy asked me for a tip and said he will make sure the move goes smooth the next day. I am a woman and was all alone and it was very intimidating to have this man ask me for money. He never showed up the next day and at the end of the move, it was the same with another guy asking for a tip. You should make sure you are never alone with the movers at the end of the day. they also demand you get them lunch because they say they will charge for any time they spend getting lunch.

    Movers

    Second time using them. Easy to book. Easy to pay. Hard workers. Careful and caring with your furniture.

    Moving

    The booking desk agent was professional and precise in her quote and description. Booking process was clear with good feedback. The movers arrived on time and performed with diligence and care. The moving was done quickly without any problems. I will recommend to use Jia Jia Moving anytime.

    Moving

    Fast, reliable, and organized! They showed up on time, and even with two people, I successfully moved to my condo in less than 2.5 hours. Would definitely recommend!

    Reliable , timely and easy to work with

    We were let down by another moving company and needed someone on short notice. jia Jia was available and arranged everything within a matter of days. Teresa was great to work with and handled everything in a professional manner. We will use them again ... thank you
