    Moving service

    We moved from downtown to Vaughan. We had a lot of stuff, but they moved our stuff very fast and professional. It was an excellent service.

    Moving

    Efficient and helpful service. The price was reasonable. Moved within the city, and did it in under 4 hours

    Local move

    On two occasions in May 2018 Jia Jia staff came to assist me with my local move. They were prompt and helpful as always. I would definitely recommend their services. I have used them for almost 20 years and keep coming back because I trust them.

    Condo to House Move

    Great service! George, Darren and Jason arrived exactly on time on a Saturday morning, and had our 2-bed condo cleared out in no time. We had several large items of furniture that they were able to move out with ease, and they expertly disassembled and reassembled several larger or taller items of furniture quickly. Nothing was damaged, including our hardwood flooring. Total moving time with 3 movers in one large van was less than 5 hours from start to finish from our downtown condo to Mississauga house on a Saturday. The company was also very helpful on the phone and provided some great advice prior to the moving day. Well worth every penny - could not recommend this service more!

    Silverware theft

    Antique silverware was stollen. We hired this company to pack one day and move us the next. We notIced the day after moving that our expensive antique silverware was stollen. We complained to the company and nothing has been resolved. We were suspicious when the packer showed up with a backpack and advised the company about it, we are not satisfied with their response. Beware of this company. (We had used them for 6 years for at least 6 moves between our family). Attached are photos of the boxes which each had 12 pieces of cutlery. The packer removed between 3-5 pieces from each box. My wife saw him put something in his backpack but she was not sure at that hectic moment of packing. If anyone has advice on how to proceed with this case, please comment below. Police? Insurance? Small claims court?

    Mr. Armin, we had the honor of being your family and friends' movers for years, it really saddens us to see this happen. Once we were notified, we spoke to the mover and the team multiple times. The mover insists he is innocent, but we also believe you won't falsely accuse someone. The mover is no longer working with us. We will continue being fully co-operative with you. In our 22 years of business, it's the first time this had happened. If we knew were handling the high valuable silverware in advance, we would definitely offer an appropriate level of insurance coverage, and inventory the silverware with you together to ensure everything arrives safely. We always try to make offers in goodwill, but in this unique case, even $500 won't cover the cost of 1 spoon. For ultra-luxury brands, we often have no idea of the value until we were told otherwise.

    Home moving. From one condo to another

    The guys were excelent. No time wasted during the work. Very fast and efficient. The price was fair and the service was perfect.

    My son had used Jia Jia twice before. He was the one who recommended Jia Jia to me. Like my son, I've had a very very good experience. I'll recommend to all my friends and family members.

    Movers

    This company knows what it is doing. They send the resources (vehicles...manpower and supplies) to get the job done - and boy what a job they will do for you. Our friends referred us to Jiajia Movers as they use them exclusively in their various moves around the GTA. We were not disappointed and actually very impressed with the team of movers as well as the team lead. They were professional....they were courteous....they were very efficient (I have never seen a truck packed like that before)....and of course they got the job done at a very reasonable price. We had a lot of stuff to move ... some of it very heavy. If you need mover in your future, do yourself a favour and call Jiajia - you will be as amazed as I was.
