Had out old fuse box panel replaced in a few hours with great service. Great prices too.

Kia, who runs Kiya Sunrise Electrical company, was a pleasure to work with. Kia did a major knob and tube removal for my property between July and August 2023. That involved ensuring all K&T were disactivated, rewiring, updating panel from 100A to 200A, adding electricity to a detached garage and installing fixtures, outlets, switches. As with any renovations project, there were hiccups along the way but Kia was always very responsive to issues and had them rectified immediately. He is an incredibly hardworking and honest master electrician. The price for the project was also reasonable and when the scope of the project changed, Kia was flexible with the changes. Kiya installed an outlet for an EV charger, running the cable through the crawlspace (not an easy task) and then connecting it to the main panel. As always, he was professional, timely, and most of all, an excellent communicator. We have used his services in the past and will continue to use him in the future!

Great price and even better workmanship. Removal of old knob and tube wiring. Rewired entire 135-year-old house with new wiring, new fixtures, both interior and exterior. Dealt with the city regarding installation of new panel and placement of metre. Kiya and his staff always arrived to do their work promptly and respectfully.. Our experience with Kia was great. His quote was detailed and he was very good about keeping costs to a minimum. He made recommendations we hadn't thought of but never tried to upsell anything. On the contrary he actually threw in a gift or two! He always answered texts and phone messages and was on site when promised. When a glitch happened with the city due to no fault of his, but because of the age of the home, he took care of everything without causing any worry for us. All work was completed as agreed upon. I would use Kiya again in the future, and would highly recommend him.

We had Kiya Sunrise Electrical upgrade our electrical panel to 200 Amps and change 40 pot lights to the new 9 volt energy savings ones. We live in an older home & Kiya's experience was invaluable to fishing and running wires without damaging our fixed up basement. I couldn't be happier with the results and we now have 200 Amps in our house to run all of our electrical products without tripping the breakers. I would highly recommend Kiya Sunrise Electrical especially if you have a fixed basement as his expertise is something you will come to rely on to get the job done correctly.

Punctual, perfectionist, and experienced best way to describe Kiya. I wanted to ensure my garage was future proofed for 2 Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers. I had quotes from 5 electricians I found through Homestars. All of the required me to upgrade my full circuit breaker panel to 200 amp from 150amp in order to support the amps rate I wanted for faster charging. They were only able to offer low amps with my existing 150 amp, and even mentioned they had to cut a lot of drywall in my finished basement in order to fish the wires. This is where Kiya stands out from the crowd. Right after I called he came over right away for a quote. He was the only electrician to identify my house was already receiving 200amp, but panel wasn't setup for 150amp. Avoiding a full replacement of the panel and making changes on it. Because of his solution to the problem it helped me in saving cost and time, and even ensured it passes the inspection. He was able to fish the wires without any unnecessary cuts to the drywall, and installed a sub panel in the garage. Now I got fast charging in my garage for my new EV and another ready for the future. I believe Kiya's years of experience is what sets him apart, and impressed me the most. I can't recommend him enough, he is the best to work with.

Kiya had all the old parts to connect dryer to panel, couldn't of had a better electrician.
