Kiya was great. We had a few small things that needed to be taken care of, that other electricians wanted to charge us an arm and a leg for, or wouldn't bother at all since we were in Markham. Kiya was extremely efficient while he was here. We discovered the next day that one of the sockets was still not working, so we had to call him back. He's a very busy guy - so it took a few tries to get him, but he was totally nice about it. I'll for sure hire him again for bigger jobs. THANKS KIYA!

Kiya and his team were great. We had several quotes for the work we wanted to get done and Kiya’s was the most honest. He explained everything and even told us how to fix some things on our own where others were going to charge us for simple fixes. He also made some great recommendations which saved us a lot on money. The work was done quickly and extremely well! Thanks Kiya, we will be recommending you to anyone who asks.

Full renovation of older home. Knob and tube needed to be replaced in a two storey house. Kia responded to phone message promptly and scheduled an apt. He came when he said he would come and he was able to start the job quickly. Another bonus was that the job was completed quickly. All of his staff are friendly and polite and hard workers. We are pleased with electrical work that was done (some still needs to be completed though). One small area of imporvement is to prepare the home owners for the mess. More time and explanation should have been given regarding REALLY covering up household items because of the dust....plaster dust everywhere. Clean up was performed on a daily basis but towards the end it was a little lacking. As for cost, Kia's price was competitive. We are very pleased with the work overall and would recommend him. Pleasure to deal with all Sunrise electrical staff.

Kia was amazing... He had 8 people in my house and rewired my whole house upto code. He did a lot of extra work above and beyond what i asked of him! Great service & excellent work! I highly reccomend using him!

In addition to completing the job on time as promised Kiya, made sure we understood all the work we were doing. Perhaps most impressive was the fact that he came back the day after at our request to ensure that his work was not responsible for a purely coincidental leak. He not only checked his work with genuine concern but diagnosed - AND FIXED - the real problem as a courtesy. Hard to find guys like this. Kiya will be our first choice for all electrical jobs going forward. Highly recommend.

Kiya and his crew were a pleasure to work with. they were fast friendly efficient and took the time to explain things to me. even though my job wasn't a very big job. I felt as if i was they're most important customer, and that really does count for something. He was reasonably priced and the finished product looks amazing. I would definately recommend him to anyone who is looking to do some eletrical work in the home. Kiya and his crew are knowledgable and insightful, which turned out to be a blessing when it came to the work at my house. Now that my wife and i have found someone who does great work and we can trust we'll most certainly be calling on Kiya.

Kia and his team completely replaced all the knob and tube wiring in our house. It was a very big job and they came in and finished it on time and without going over the quoted price. They limited the damage to walls and ceilings and patched up any holes that were made. Kia also added fire alarms without any extra charge. The only complaint i would have is that we bought some new light fixtures for Kia to install and the boxes that they came in were destroyed so we can't return a couple of the fixtures that we have decided we don't like. Apart from that everything was great, they are a good bunch of guys and I would recommend Kia without hesitation.

Kia and his team completely re-wired our 80 year old Toronto home. Last year we hired an electrician to replace the knob and tube in the upper portion of the house. The electrician completed the upstairs but told us some of the switches still needed work. Our approach was to re-wire the house in phases so we accepted that some of the switches would need to be done in a later phase. This winter I went up to the attic to add some insulation and discovered wires everywhere, including new wiring connected to knob and tube. Also, we later discovered that the electrician added an electrical panel in a closet, which is not to code. We tried to find the electrician to come back and fix the mess but could not track him down. We called a few contractors and some didn't want to take the job or suggested massive damage to our house was required. After meeting with Kia and listening to his approach. We decided to completely replace all the knob and tube in the house (approx. 85% of our wiring was knob and tube). Kia provided a competitive quote with assurance on minimal damage and complete inspection and certification. He also guaranteed his work. Kia and team replaced all of our knob and tube and redid the work the previous electrician did. After they were completed we found one outlet not working and Kia returned to fix it the same day I called. In addition to the knob and tube replacement, Kia's team added pot lights and replaced light fixtures. We are very pleased with the work Kia did. On time and on budget with no surprises; Kia and his team did everything they said they would. This is the best contractor experience we've had and I would recommend Kia to anyone.

Kiya rewired our 80 year old house a year and a half ago (I have a previous positive review on that experience) and so when we had a problem with a couple of lights not working we called him again. It turns out that a DIY job to install a dimmer switch had been done incorrectly and was impacting other wiring. We had a brand new baby and Kiya scolded us for doing the job ourselves when it was such a hazardous mistake. However, he and his guys very kindly fixed the dimmer switch in the baby's room and did not charge us for it. We are grateful for his generosity and will always just call him again in the future! Highly recommend.

This is the second time we have used Kiya and his team. The first was a condo we have where he installed pot lights in a difficult kitchen area. He was excellent; efficient, trustworthy and did great work. We recently used Kiya and his team to add potlights to our dining room, family room and additional pot lights in our kitchen. Our home is a much older home, so not easy to work with, but Kiya did a great job. The basement was the biggest job. He installed many pot lights, switches, ran cable etc, and lights in a bathroom we were installing. He was able to suggest improvements to our existing plan and was always patient with our requests. He was done quickly, reasonably priced and did quality work. His team was very professional. My 3 year old son always looked forward to seeing 'Kiya'. I am also a Real Estate Agent and will refer him to clients needing any type of electrical as Kiya and his team are well versed in all aspects of electrical work. Definitely pleased with Kiya and his work and will use him again! Thanks Kiya!
