Kiya's team was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He even installed a whole bunch of extra light fixtures for us - great overall service...... Our home inspector neglected to find any knob and tube (too lazy to look deep into the sockets - dont trust home inspectors with electrical) - this didnt get by Kiya...very thorough, safe and solid work - reasonable cost too....thanks Kiya

I contacted Kia to get a quote to replace knob and tube wiring, add additional outlets (inside and outside), install pot lights and wire the house with RG6 and Cat 6 cable. Kia was a little more expensive than some of the other quotes, but it was obvious that he was the most experienced. The work was done in a timely manner and “collateral “ damage was minimal; minimizing re-plastering and repair costs. After the work was done we identified that one light that we use infrequently did not work. Kia returned to correct the missed circuit in a timely manner. The only real complaint I had was that his team could have been a little more diligent in keeping furniture covered as the work generated an incredible amount of dust Overall I am happy with the work done.

We bought a house that needed fully rewired, and Kiya and his team made it easy for us. We now have a 100-yr-old house with brand new potlights and all new wiring, all of which was done in under 2 weeks. His pricing was great and worry-free and his follow-up is excellent. His team also was very clean and respectful.

Unlike stories of other electricans replacing knob and tube wiring, Kiya and his men completed the job in a timely manner and as per estimate. The best part was that they did so without making huge holes in the walls and ceilings so the drywall repair work required was minimal. I have subsequently used Kiya to install under cabinet lighting in our kitchen and run new TV cable lines.

Kiya did an excellent job on the two projects that I had. Responded to our call right away and scoped out the project the day before. There was a complication with the wiring, the squirrels chewed through more wiring than we thought, but Kiya persisted in finding a solution. Unbeknownst to us our pot lights were a fire hazard so Kiya replaced them with safe lights. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

We live in an old house downtown. For some reason, we were suddenly getting power outages at random times, for hours at a time, but nothing tripped. Scary. Kiya came by, was also mystified at first, and then quickly figured out that the panel wiring was loose. He tightened everything up, including the mains, and we haven't had any problems since. Experienced and knowledgeable, good problem solving, strongly recommended.

I hired Kiya and his team to remove knob & tube wiring in our recently purchased home. They arrived as scheduled and did a fantastic job in just three days. Kiya showed me exactly what they were doing throughout the whole process. I was surprised how quickly and competently they did the project. I also had them install 12 potlights in the livingroom for reasonable additional cost. And they didn't charge extra for "little" things like installing a phone outlet and some light fixtures. After they left, I had a problem with the wiring to one of my appliances; Kiya came over the same day I called and fixed it. Excellent!

Was contracted to remove all of the old knob and tube wiring from my home. I found him & his entire crew to be extremely professional and very committed to their work. Having done some renovations myself when I was younger he exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend him & his crew to anyone thinking about any electrical work. When Kia came in to give me a quote, he had some great ideas for the "design" of my outlets - for example moving the outlet so that doors would not close on them, etc. Kia's team did a great job and were very efficient. I asked for a few changes, or to fix something that wasn't quite perfect and they were happy to come back and fix anything I wasn't happy with. Kia is great with the follow through and I know I will be able to call him anytime I need an electrician in the future and he will be there for me.

Kiya did the circuits and electrical work, installed under-the-cabinet lighting. This work was good. But replacement of the fuse panel which took almost the whole day which rendered the house without electricity >>> this was in the middle of winter <<< wife was NOT happy. If I had known before hand it'd take the whole day I would have waited till the summer. Price was less than competitive. The service panel upgrade alone was $1000. As well, it was later I found that there were holes cut into the drywall in the garage .... these holes were left un-repaired. Had to do the repair myself ...no big deal but thought it should be mentioned.
