Excellent family run business. It is nice to see a father and son work together. They are good honest people who take pride in doing a good job, They clean up after installation, put good quality cellulose insulation and even weatherstripped my attic door and adjusted my attic vents at no extra charge. Neatly cut the drywall in the garage in order to blow in the insulation and later replaced and taped it neatly. I noticed the rooms are more even in temperature and the furnace comes on less. Thanks to Kent, Kyle and Kyle's dad. Will definitely use you again if required. Competitive pricing, showed up on time and excellent communication.

We purchased a house in the summer to which we made many modifications to improve accessibility including a new kitchen. As unnecessary bulkheads were removed in the kitchen a great deal of attic insulation was disturbed. We hired Knox Insulation and Roofing to refresh this insulation and we’re happy with the results … even though we can’t really see those results. Knox Insulation and Roofing was prompt and thorough. It’s been a cold winter so far and our house appears to be hold its heat well.

Kent and Team, thank you for a great job! From the first meeting with Kent to Kylie and team doing the work, it was a fantastic experience. They were punctual, very polite, and friendly. I had a nice chuckle when I saw they had even vacuumed the sofa where they had to run the hose over. I would recommend Knox a thousand times over!!!

Initial assessment was professional and didn't feel any sales pressure. Kent was very knowledgeable and explained what will be done. They were going to spray enough to get R60 and the brand of cellulose is from Ontario. On day of appointment, they were on time and went straight to attic to start working. The guy who went up to spray was Kyle and he knew what he was doing. It took 2 hours to finish the 630 sq feet attic and they cleaned up after themselves. Kyle made sure cellulose was even across the attic.

Rather vague assessment of our attic obtained, we agreed to have the added insulation along with fixing the fan vents… vents were never done. Called several times to get the vents properly set, never done... never called back, disappointed. Edit May 5, 2015 Kent still hasn't addressed the Vents... or the subsequent mold his work caused.

Kent and Kyle were easy to work with and knowledgeable. The sound proofed our basement apartment ceiling and we noticed the difference right away. They were friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards.

In 2005 I purchased a home and it needed some work…one project being a new roof and attic insulation. Right from the beginning, Kent’s calm and professional demeanor gave me the confidence that I was in good hands. I was so impressed with Kent and his team that I contacted him again in the spring of 2012 to install new eavestroughs and then again in the fall of 2012 to install vents for ceiling fans. To summarize my experience of each job with Kent and his team: • He took the time to listen to what I wanted and made recommendations. • There were no surprises as he communicated each step and the process. • Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. • On budget and on time. • Was punctual and always left the worksite tidy. • Very knowledgeable, honest, polite and always a gentleman. Bottom line: I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work of each project and highly recommend Kent and his team.

I am very satisfied with the job that Knox Insulation performed for me. Kent provided me with an honest quote and is very approachable. He made himself available after hours to answer some of my follow up questions. Kyle and Ryan work on the crew, they did a great job adding some much needed sound insulation into my common/party wall that I share with my neighbour. The guys cleaned up their mess, are very polite, and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. I would recommend their company to my friends. Its made quite a difference. Thanks guys.

After getting a "make work" quote of over $2,500 I was recommended to KNOX INSULATION. Within a week, after an HONEST professional call, Knox professionally cured my attic problem with 30 bags of insulation. The furnace doesn't come on as often and the house is less drafty. THANKS KNOX !!! YOU ROCK !! LOVE YOUR HONESTY !!
