Kent and his men showed up on time and on budget at my home. They were professional and cleaned up when they were done. I am very happy with there work, and now my furnace does not come on every five minutes. Thanks Kent and crew.

Wonderful service from the first call out to Knox. Kent was very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. The job was completed in the time promised and the staff was very clean and respectful.

We bought a home, the structure was built over 100 years ago. With very little insulation in the attic, Kent and his crew were able to help us within days of taking possession. The whole process was very easy, from the appointment, to the day of installation. His team were excellent and did a fabulous job inside the home, they left the area very clean. Within days we noticed a significant increase in the warmth in our home. We would highly recommend them and would be very happy to use their services again.

I called Kent after reading reviews from here and the reviews hold true! He was great, out of the 4 quotes I received, his was the most detailed, honest, and he even walked OUTSIDE to look at the roof vents. After I had already researched types of insulation and what is safest, he had already recommended the type I "favored" and explained how much they blow in and why. He went up in our attic himself where as other quotes I got, they used a camera and didn't bother actually going up INTO the attic. The minimum inches for insulation is 13", he put in 15-16"". He also fixed a few loose boards which was not "discussed" in the quote and sealed some other vents that needed it. There was a small portion of our roof where the shingles were folding up because it was where an old chimney was. Without asking him, he took it into his own hands to tell me he was going to fix it. Kent and his crew were great and informative. For all of the parents out there, the guys even made sure the babies crib was covered completely because of the dust. They also cleaned an vacuumed everything like they were never there! And at the very end, they asked if I wanted to go up and see for myself. Highly recommend them again! Thank you, Kent!!

Kent at Knox was great to deal with. It is becoming the norm to be satisfied with me mediocrity and in my opinion poor to no customer service. NOT the case with Knox and Kent. I first found the website a great start. The site was informative and very easy to navigate. Then I called Kent on a Sunday, who answered at a family function. This would have been a very acceptable time to let my call go to voicemail. Kent came out at the scheduled day on time with a great price. My upper floor was at least 3 to 4 degrees colder than the lower with all the vents closed on that floor. My sons room was even more than that. Kent said that with in a short time after they sprayed my attic with insulation I should notice a difference. Well I tell you I put thermometers is a few rooms and low and behold the temps on the upper floor are the same to 1 degree lower then the bottom floor. If I even need any of the other services Knox offers they will be the ones I call. I would recommend them to any and everyone that asks or even brings up the topic. Thanks Kent

Kent and his son-in-law Kyle just finished blowing insulation into our attic. They were extremely efficient and easy going, as we needed to change our appointment time. At all times they were professional and knowledgeable. I was surprised to read the previous post as my experience with Kent and Kyle exceeded expectation. They vacuumed up and left my house spotless. Kent is an honest professional that I would recommend to anyone. He quoted us a price, and lowered the amount once the job was complete. We had heard about him from a friend. Kent has an amazing reputation and is skilled at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone.

Knox was on time, listened to our needs, were efficient and pleasant to deal with! The insulation job was excellent and they checked for our approval before they left. They even cleaned up their mess, so we didn't even know they were here. We feel the results immediately. Would recommend them for sure.

I had to make flor soundproofing between first and second floor. Knox drill 1" holes and put some kind of celulose. This works very well. Of course not eliminate sound in 100% because of penetration via ducts and wood structure. But anyway for sure more than 50%. Good job. thank you.

We were referred by our neighbour and given an estimate by Kent who is more than qualified and has been in the business for over 30 years. We have been putting this off because we had previous companies come over and have never been comfortable with them or their costly estimates. They are very generous with the insulation and put in 12 inches compared to 6 to 8 other companies would have put in. They were very thoughtful about keeping our house clean and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends, even my mother.

We just hired Knox Insulation & Roofing to make some repairs to our roof and top up our insulation in our attic These guys are the most honest and hardworking insulation and roofing contractors around - they sure know their stuff and they take the time to explain all of the factors one should consider. Kent the owner is a truly fantastic guy and is a straight shooter. He been in the business for a long time and he sure knows his stuff! There sure is a lot of miss information out there when it comes to insulation. We were glad we call Knox.
