From start to finish, the process was informative and trustworthy. The team was on time, they had the best price and great follow up to see where we were at with the decision - certainly recommending Knox to others - THANKS!!! We can't wait to see the cost savings on our heating bills.

Kent and his crew were excellent in completing my garage insulation for heating to store some of my cars for the winter. This was a job that others said could not be done easily. They completed the job in a few hours without any mess and now my garage heater works much more efficiently. I am very satisfied with the job & would highly recommend them!

I called Kent to top up my attic as it was sitting at about an R-15 rating. Kent sent out Kyle and his crew they showed up did the work quickly and efficiently and finished everything under 2 hours and the diffrence in the house is amazing ! Going to be a cozy winter now ! Thank You !

Looking over the reviews here, I'm not sure I can add much. But like blown-in insulation, a little more is always good. So let me echo all the positive sentiments below: Kent was kind, courteous, helpful, and easy to speak to on the phone. (Only advice would be to also make email a priority; I almost gave up on the company because it's difficult for me to get a call out during normal business hours, and I never did receive an email reply...) The quoted price is more than fair for the quality of material and workmanship. Kyle and Gary were on time (with a courtesy call beforehand), professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I appreciated the little extras like an obvious effort on Kyle's part to make sure the front door wasn't wide open when the hose was passing through as well as being offered the opportunity to poke my head into the attic to see the job. We are very happy!

Kent, Kyle and Dusty were outstanding, the work that was promised was delivered on time and for the price quoted. The team's knowledge as well as communication skills were top notch and they took the time to not only make sure I understood what was being done and why but also answered the many questions I had. Would definitely recommend their attic top up service to all my family and friends (and did, they took care of my neighbour as well). Thank you Kent & Co. for the great service and experience.

We are extremely happy with the work that was performed by Knox Insulation. Our 1950's home was in major need of an insulation top up and we were eager to get it done prior to the hard winter season. After many quotes, from a variety of companies, we were left feeling confused and irritated. Luckily a neighbour suggested we give Knox a call. Kim came out to do the initial appointment and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process and answered my many questions. We were provided with a competitively priced quote, but most importantly, we were given confidence that finally this job would be done correctly and honestly. The work was completed quickly and very much to our satisfaction. We were provided with a receipt that clearly outlined the work completed. We are now toasty warm and only wish we would have done this sooner!

Needed to add to the low R value from the 1990's that the previous homeowners supposedly 'upgraded'. Kyle and his sidekick are a great team and had it done expeditiously. Everything was explained and they are quite knowledgeable on the cellulose insulation. It's good to know that you're supporting a family business and a Canadian insulation manufacturer. I can now sleep well knowing there is a soft bed of R50 keeping me warm. 10/10 would recommend over doing it yourself which would've been a chore and likely more expensive.
