    air conditioner

    installers ryan and mack were courteous, introduced themselves right away, were clean, pleasant efficient, couldn't have been nicer. air conditoner is super quiet, salesperson Brian also went out of his way to be helpful, long time customer, never a problem.

    Ductless AC Install

    I swore I wouldn't be the guy who waited until it was 40 degrees to call the AC guys but I was. I found L&S online and from the website looked pretty respectable. They totally delivered, especially the installation guys. They installed the system on the hottest day in Toronto in the last 20 years. They climbed through the attic, spent 10 hours in the heat and did it with incredible professionalism and a smile. Were extremely respectful of our home and of us personally. The cost was more than I imagined but I'm certainly a proponent of "you get what you pay for" and I got a great product. There was even a small error in the installation and they came back the next week and fixed it without drama. Until they give me some reason not to, they'll be my heating & cooling peeps.

    Furnace, A/C, Humidifier

    After 23 years, It was finally time to upgrade my aging furnace and air conditioning. I took the time to get four quotes and met with Ron from Laird & Son. I was impressed that he took the time to make sure I understood the details and answered all my questions. I chose Laird & Son. It was a great decision. The "team" came in to do the work on what was one of the hottest days of the year. These people obviously care about the quality of the work they are doing. Every single item relating to the old units was removed and replaced. The end result is an installation that is second to none and shows the professionalism of each and every one of them. So, Dave, Mike, Ryan and Mack, thank you so much for everything you did. You are a credit to yourselves and your company. I will have no problem recommending Laird @ Son to anyone and look forward to dealing with them in the future. Thank you. Esme

    Hvac Service

    Whole street had basements flooded due to sewer backup. Called Laird & Son to check out my HVAC and water heater. Technician arrived when promised, checked out furnace, air conditioner and water heater. Started them up. tested all of them, everything was good. When I hear about neighbors being charged $1,000 to replace their rental water heater or $100 just to light a pilot light I am thankful I called Laird. Thanks Heather and Ken.

    ductless air conditioning

    We installed two ductless units into our century home in Parkdale, Toronto. Our installers Corrado and Ryan showed so much professionalism and care for our home, as did everyone who we dealt with at the company. I would not hesitate to call Laird and Son for our future needs or to recommend them to others.

    New Furnace, new central AC, wifi thermostat

    Had them replace a 51yr old furnace and non functioning central AC. Excellent knowledge of their products, great salesman, no pressure or upselling. Only sold me what I needed. Install work is impeccable. Installers were polite and friendly. Some real quality work. Overall excellent experience.

    Central Air Conditioning Service

    My parents started dealing with Laird & Son around 1950 & I have continued with them ever since. They are an exceptional, family owned business that provides excellent service. Their service technician, Bryan Medina, is both knowledgable & personable. Laird & Son is a pleasure to do business with & I would recommend them highly.

    Heating & Air Conditioning

    We have used Laird since 2005, at three different houses. We have purchased news furnaces and air conditioners from them, and worked with several different service people. Without exception, our experience is that Laird is friendly, efficient, effective and economical. Bryan is an excellent service person.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner

    We would highly recommend Bryan Medina to any and all home owners! He was efficient, knowledgeable and even took the time to educate my husband and I. In addition to his expert skills and solving our problem, Bryan exceeded our expectations in customer service. He was polite, kind and thoughtful.     Annual Furnace Maintenance

    Bryan is always punctual, professional, knowledgeable and completes the maintenance or recent installation of a new thermostat in a timely manner. He is prepared to take time to explain in a straightforward way what he has done or the possible problems our old furnace or water heater might have in the future and how we can check before calling him. I much prefer the The Laird Team to the other large company we used before and I highly recommend them.
