Rick was very helpful the whole time that he was here. He fixed the problem with our kitchen pipes, and was able to identify a safety problem related to my furnace. Leaside sent a very polite and nice plumber to provide a quote and replace our old, leaking radiator. The work was done well, promptly, and there was no mess afterwards. I am very satisfied with the work.

Leaside Plumbing and Heating came to my house to repair a kitchen faucet I bought on sale and had installed by another plumber. When Rick saw the problem, he took the time and trouble to help me understand why the unit I bought had failed and what my best options were going forward. He told me what he thought I should buy, told me where to buy it (thus saving me several hundred dollars) and agreed to come back that afternoon and install it. It took him less than 30 minutes and the kitchen sink is now 100% operational. I now have a plumber for life!

Called Leaside and was able to get a quick response same day. Needed Plummer to fix leaky shut off and change toilet. The work was professionally , under two hours and he was very tidy.

Both my kitchen and bathroom sinks were clogged and full of water. Serviceperson came and fixed the problem within 20 minutes (problem being a blockage in the pipes). Professional, prompt and friendly service! I would highly recommend this company.

We had a sewer back-up on Victoria Day, we called a few plumbing companies to request help. Leaside Plumbing was the only one which returned our call, gave us some advice while waiting for repairs and showed up the next day early in the morning to fix the problem. Curtis and his team did a great job and provided us with all the information pertaining to the repairs. The work to be done was quite extensive and included digging inside and outside to reach the pipe to be replaced. After they finished the work, they left the place spotless and the plumbing permit was closed to the satisfaction of the city inspector. I would definitely recommend Leaside plumbing for their professionalism and the fact that you can trust them to do the job well. Thank you very much for helping us dealing with an unpleasant experience.

Great service. Repairman was running late and kept us in the loop. Great proactive contact. Diagnosed a few issues that we had and steps given in order to repair. Will use again as a follow up is needed.

Although service was fair, you must have LOTS of money to pay for it. $160 for the first 30 minutes of service than another $190 hourly after that. This is more than what the Prime Minister makes, and certainly it wasn't Justin Trudeau who came and did the repairs. My jaw totally dropped when he gave me the bill.
