    Patrick was professional, came out assessed, actually went up on roof and sent me the work that needed to be done with the cost. He was able to go the next day to complete the work. Pricing was fair and on point. Excellent communication.

    Exceeded my expectations - the job was completed within 48 hours of posting. The workmanship was high quality and the pricing was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use Magic Monkey again and happily recommend to others.

    Patrick is unbelievable.Amazing service.Gutter repair done right.Reasonable price.

    Great work.Explained everything,step by step.Reason why steps were necessary.I would hire Patrick again in a heart beat.Top notch customer service.Extremely personable.Gutter repair on a very old house it was difficult at times but he got it done.Gutters are working best they can considering the age of the house.Im very glad Magic Monkey Patrick replied to my request.

    Gutter guard installation

    Quick, reasonably-priced gutter guard installation with warranty. Highly recommend Patrick. Wonderful to not have to think about gutter cleaning again.

    Window Cleaning
    Patrick did an amazing job on my windows. Basement windows were really bad but they now look new again.
