I found Mike's Carpet and Flooring online. I visited there showroom and I was surprised by the tremendous selection of different flooring products they had and about the wonderful customer service they provided. I schedueled for Mike to come to my house for a estimate. He showed up with samples of hardwood so I can see it under the light in my home. The quote he gave me was very reasonable. Mike was very knowledgable and very helpful. He took his time and explained everything to me. I felt comfortable and I hired him right on the spot. Two days later the installation started and they finished in one day. I feel good in my new place and If I had to do this again I would hire Mike's Carpet and Flooring without hesitation

This company is the best company hire to renovate your home. I searched around and I found no one as nice, professional, knowledgeable as Mike's Carpet & flooring. No one was able to beat the estimate that Mike gave me. I was lookinf for engineered wood but I was on a tight budget. I called so many companies but know one measured up to Mike's Carpet & Flooring. I had engineered wood installed in my living room for only $3.99 sqft-that include the engineered wood and installation. They removed and disposed my old floors and they put new baseboards in for me. It was unbelievable! The other companies I went to was not able to match the price with the same high quality of floors. Mike's Carpet scheduled me in within one week and they finished my whole apartment in one and a half day. The installers were proficient, nice and did a astonishing job-they made me comfortable enough to trust them to leave them in my home by themselves. They moved my furniture and put them back with care. They cleaned up after the installation. The whole process was easy-the whole time I felt comfortable and no pressure at all from anyone. Everyone from the sales rep to the receptionist to the installers, they were all friendly and answered all my questions. Couple of days after the installation I called Mike to ask him how to clean my floors and he took my call right away. Mike truly cared through out the whole process. It was not just about the money. As a satisfied customer I highly recommend Mike's carpet & flooring to everyone.

I hired Mikes Carpet & flooring to install hardwood in my living room and stairs. I was worried because the floor was uneven but Mike explaianed to me what needs to be done and made me comfortable. They levelled the floor and the they installed hardwood. The walnut hardwood looks good. The installation took one day. The installers were proffessional and made me feel comfortable as well. The installers had to move my furniture and put it back which they did without scratching anything. Mike called me the next day and asked me how If I liked everything which was very nice of him. I have recently moved to a one bedroom apartment that had carpets in it. Shortly after my move here I developed dust allergies and the carpets proved to be my biggest enemy. I decided immediately to replace them with laminated floors. I started my research on the Internet, and I was lucky enough to find Mike's Carpet and Flooring. I filled in the information in the "Get a quote" form and in less than two hours Mike called me. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. He showed up in time, bringing flooring samples with him. He measured my house, explained me in detail how the work will be done, and gave me a quotation. Not only that the quotation he gave me was very small compared to the others I got from other companies, but after assessing my situation, he offered to help me and gave me a very good price on the laminate, way under the market price. I ended up buying the laminate through Mike, and hired a friend to install it for me. This kept my already limited budget to a very manageable level. One thing is clear about Mike: he treated me like a friend and not like a customer. He gave me very good advice, and honestly, it did not work in his favor. This made me trust him more. I recommend Mike's Carpet and Flooring to all those in need of new floors for their home. My sister told me about Mike's Carpet & Flooring because they had done her floors in Laminate. I called them. Mike came out the samde day. When I first talked to Mike he was so nice. He explained my options for me and scheduled for the estimate around my time. The estimate was good. Cheaper then other places. And what I liked is that Mike said he can match any price. I currently live in New York city and i have a apartment condo in Yaletown Vancouver. The tenants i had in there trashed my place! My carpets were ruined and the walls had holes in them. I found Mikes Flooring and had him go over there and give me a estimate and he took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly. He understood that i was out of the country and i needed my condo rented out asap because the tenants that were in there before got evicted .I could'nt afford to have a month of rent go by not paid. Mike's Carpet is simply the best. My laminate floors were installed in one day. I have a two bedroom 1000 sq ft apartment full of furniture and old carpet. His team performed like a well oiled machine. Everything went smoothly from the first contact to the finishing touches on the new baseboards which look amazing. He even recommended a painter that did the whole place, I mean everything .....walls, doors, frames, moulding, closets, bathrooms and kitchen for a great price. Mike's Carpet deserves an award. When I had my all floor laminated, Mike was very prompt at giving me an estimate and was able to organise to have my suite redone in two days. I also organise the carpeting and laminate floors in four suites at my work place and Mike was able to have the work finished over 3 week ends, to mininize any interruptions. I also had a basement floor installed in my building, which was well and promptly done. I can only recommend Mike for his professionalism, efficiency and friendliness
