Terrific service. Simple thing - replacing a toilet - but it was not. The toilet was in an awkward spot and required a lot of work to get this job done. Next day the company called back asked if everything went according to our requirements- it sure was - and told us the work was guaranteed for 30 days. How refreshing. This company is highly recommended - the facts speak for themselves

Manik was a great help in installing two sinks and two faucets - he also helped clear the shower drain and taught me a couple of tricks. He was professional, quick and efficient.

We live in a 1950s rancher. The original kitchen drain pipe finally had to be replaced along with the laundry sink. The drain pipe, about 15 feet long, runs through the ceiling of the basement suite. Milani sent Devon, a very pleasant guy who walked us through each step of the process. He was able to thread the new pipe through the ceiling with minimal openings. Devon knows his plumbing. We requested he come back to install the new laundry sink. We have used Milani to replace all of our plumbing, install a new furnace and hot water tank plus a dishwasher. We recommend Milani. We'll be requesting Devon again.

Discovered pinhole leak Monday 2 pm; cleared the area and called Milani. Service appointment made for 8 - 10 am Tuesday. Technician arrived at 8:01 am, redirected pipe to exclude unnecessary turns and couplings. Job involved jackhammering a concrete floor. Job was finished, all cleaned up and technician left before 11 am. Only negative is that technician's truck left an oil stain on our new concrete driveway.

Our townhouse complex is using Milani Plumbing for a large Poly B project, and so far so good, great teamwork of Dallas, Lovepreet, and Berhane deserves 5 stars. Great job today , thank you very much.

Ryan, the technician that repaired our AC unit that had a factory defect, was very thorough and proactive in ordering parts that were "suspect", meaning he couldn't be certain that they would remain in working order. He made sure that these parts were ordered before the warranty period expired, and installed them himself. This, along with his professionalism, manners, and skill in determining what went wrong, has provided my wife and I relief that we will get years of good use from the AC unit.
